I wanted to host a Cajun Mardi Gras party with alligator , shrimp etc for my son's college graduation. The owner is the real deal, kindest and helped make the party authentic , yummy and perfect. He came out with his sweet wife to deliver and it was beyond amazing. Loved every bite , the alligator, po boys, jambalaya, hush puppies, catfish , and the beignets were so extraordinary. He is a gem and wish I lived in Arizona as I would eat there every chance I get. Thank you Rodrick as you a true gentleman and fantastic cook!

The food is incredible. It's hard to find Cajun food in Phoenix and even more difficult to find good Cajun food in the west. The owner is amazingly kind and welcoming. This is a great family business.

THIS MAN AND HIS WIFE ARE SOME OF THE REALEST PEOPLE. My boyfriend tried the Cajun chicken and some shrimp. "THIS THE MOST AUTHENTIC SHIT" he also said "that mother fucker knows how to season!!!" (Mother fucker is a loving term). NOW the pastries. Lord have mercy on my soul, I could easily gain 20+ lbs eating beignets. I be looking like I snorted coke. I drowned myself in the powered sugar delicious desert. DEF coming again and again after that!

This was some amazing food!! The hush puppies were freaking amazing! But the alligator was some of the best alligator Ive had!! The gentlemen working there had amazing personalities as well! -Kaleb

Wow! This place won't be a secret long. Amazing crawfish and hospitality provided Pierre and his family. Come out to Yilo on Fridays to experience this taste of the bayou that you don't get out in Phoenix.
