Family and I were in Glenview to hit up ABT and on the way there we saw a multitude of Korean restaurants. So, when we were done shopping we decided to try one out ... K-Bop was the one we chose as it was close and easy to get to on our way home. It was low key and quiet inside, which was a change from a loud bar/grill setting. With us not being too familiar with Korean dishes, we ordered a few different items. Food was fresh and served promptly. Everything was delicious, service was friendly. We got a couple of strawberry shakes, Korean style wings, bulgogi, and a ttoekokki pot ... The t-pot was soooo good, spicy and fat noodles - oh my!Ended up getting a 'to-go' kimchi, which was soooo good. Looking forward to hitting this place again when up in Glenview again.

I dropped in for kimbop but K-bop is so much more. There's bibim-bop, k-bop, burri- bop and other dishes, the possibilities don't stop! It was a little confusing, the order process, during my stop. The bulgogi was a little dry in the kimbop although the pork belly kimbop was tip-top. The filling of pickles and veggies made a colorful photo opp. I'll return to try some other dishes next time.

Nice people, great selection and reasonable. You get what you pay for here. Good Korean without the usual pretentiousness of typical north shore restaurants

Love this place! I always order the same thing, the classic seaweed outside sushi burrito with salmon. Been coming here since they opened and it used to be made to order. Still good not made to order tho! Although this time my salmon was so tough I couldn't eat it and had to toss it, so that sucked. Overall though it's a really good place and I know if I had said something they would have replaced it. The owner (or at least the man I think is the owner) is super sweet and accommodating. Their sushi burritos are huge and filling. Bibimbop is pretty good too, so is the kimbop. They'll give you extra sauces if you ask. Style is korean street food. Casual interior and you can eat there. Recommend!

I pass by this place all the time and was always curious about the food. Finally stopped by and glad I did! Food was really good! They didn't have a few options that we initially wanted, but the food we got was very good! We probably just picked all of the popular items. The tteokbokki was very creamy and had so many different bites mixed in. It was very fun to eat. This place is definitely underrated and will definitely be coming back to try more!

Absolutely! Here's an addition to your review:My friend and I were looking for an adventure and decided to stop here for the first time! This casual spot has a fast-food takeout vibe and is conveniently located in a strip mall. We opted to eat in the restaurant, and we were pleased with the good service. The dining area was clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I ordered the Crab Salad Avocado Kim-Bop, a delightful Korean seaweed roll resembling sushi. The roll was good and the accompanying pickled radish was the perfect touch!

A solid in-hotel, take-out Korean meal while in Glenview, IL. The business is slowly expanding beyond its small community here and opening up more restaurants, and supporting this business while in town felt just right! When looking for places to eat out at, this description on their website had pulled us in: WE STARTED K-BOP TO SHARE STORIES THROUGH THE LENS OF KOREAN STREET FOOD. Currently, there are so many great things coming out of Korea that inspire change or simply bring joy to our lives. During the 2021 pandemic, we started K-Bop in the Chicago suburb to keep sharing our greatness. K-KIMBOP: The rolls were thicccck. It honestly was a perfect selection of veggies inside with a kick of chili seasoning and soy sauce to dip into. You get more than you ask for with this roll! TOFU KIMCHI K-BOP: The meal that makes this place special. The business started making these deconstructed kimbop bowls, calling them 'k-bop' bowls. You also get a full serving of this meal and we ended up really craving a second bowl!! Aesthetics, service, the purpose of this business, and the meal altogether really made this place shine and 1110000% a hole-in-the-wall spot in Glenview, IL!

I'm glad that they decided to extend their hours. They used to close before 5 pm and that was vexing. We came here for a late lunch. If you got a 30 min or hour lunch break, then this place is great for that. Service was fine. Food was good. We got a variety. Some of the ingredients are no longer on the current menu fyi. Prices are reasonable. There is parking but they share it with other places next door.-pork cutlet tong bop 5/5 - this one is my favorite. It's like a burrito and that crunch was perfect. -bulgogi kimbop 5/5-fried chicken kbop 5/5

I recently discovered this place by accident. I'm very happy that I stumbled across it. The inside has plenty of seating and is very clean. It was a bit smoky inside but not enough to drive me away. The service was quick, friendly, and helpful. These K-bop bowls might be my new OBSESSION. The balance of flavors, ingredients, and seasoning is PERFECT. I ended up going back 3 times within a week and trying different combinations. There is not a single bad option in my opinion but the bulgogi was my favorite. Overall this is a hidden gem of Chicagoland food and I highly recommend you making your way here ASAP.
