Was recommended this spot by a friend and it did not disappoint one bit! Tucked away in Mill creek this spot has got to be on your list. Just Poke has every I look for in a Poké restaurant: big servings, diverse protein and topping selection, and fresh ingredients. You can't go wrong making your bowl with any of the mix-ins they offer. I will say their indoor seating is limited, so if you're going during a rainy day plan to eat in your car!

I absolutely love Poke and Just Poke does it right every time! I order online for pickup, and now you can do it via their app. So seamless, and they're always so quick to prepare your order. The portions are so generous, and they always fill the bowls up. Staff is friendly too! I really appreciate how they keep everything out until they close, they don't close up shop early. I have come in ~10mins before close sometimes to pickup my online order and everything is still gorgeous and ready like as if they had just opened. Highly recommend, they never disappoint!!

Updating to be more specific: The fish itself is okay-to-good; however, the serving size of the fish is relatively small. Once you start adding toppings the bowl, to get your monies worth, then the fist mostly gets lost in a sea of flavors - and that's good for some. For me, I would rather have very good, well-seasoned fish, that are the star of the show and have the ability to say "I just want fish, the marinade, and rice" and have the amount of fish increased to fill the bowl instead of being charged more for extra fish. At the end of the day, the poke is "okay," but gets lost in a sea of other flavors and if you don't add those toppings then you're paying a lot for a little fish. So in a vacuum, the poke could be better, more plentiful and/or less expensive. It's a 2-2.5 in terms of Poké. In terms of a healthy bowl of food, it's good. It's a good healthy option that is light, provides a variety of flavors and is quick. So it's a 3-4 in that aspect.

Great poke joint if you want a quick simple and easy lunch. Price is reasonable and service is fast and efficient. There is a boba drink station within. Poké and boba are great pair so this is convenient for those who love this type of lunches.

We grabbed lunch from here today. We came around 1:30 and there were only a couple of people in line so service was quick. They have a regular size (2 scoops of protein, $13.99) or large size (3 scoops of protein, $15.99) build your own bowl option or preset poke bowls for you to order. We both got the regular size. It comes with your choice of base, white rice, brown rice, mixed greens, or zoodles ($1 more). I got white rice and my fiancé opted for brown. I chose the spicy tuna and the Hawaiian ahi for my proteins. The spicy tuna was cubes of tuna tossed in a spicy sauce while the Hawaiian ahi was more of your traditional ahi poke (had onions and shoyu). For sauces, I got the citrus ponzu and Maui fire. The Maui fire packed a good amount of heat but was delicious. You can get as many mix ins and toppings here as you want which was nice. For mix ins I got cucumber, seaweed strips, and sweet onions. I also added avocado which was $1 more. For toppings I got crab, spicy crab, edamame, roasted corn, and masago. I also got all the crunchy toppings (tempura bits, crispy onion, furikake, togirashi, etc.). Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the roasted corn. I would have preferred just sweet corn since the roasted corn had a strong flavor that didn't really go well with the rest of the bowl (it tastes more like something you would expect in Mexican food). Overall I really enjoyed my poke bowl and was stuffed from the regular sized bowl. The only downsides were some of the rice was a bit mushy and the eco friendly bowls they use caused the rice and toppings to stick to it and have to be scraped off.

Reducing a star from my original 4 star review due to service last night. Purchased 2 large poke bowls. Although the line wasn't long, the young girl serving in the food line was absent minded, and looked high stressed and panicky. Every single time she asked us something, she immediately forgot what we said and needed to ask again. She's very inexperienced serving and needs training on multi tasking. There was a cardboard sign on the glass that showed free miso soup for every poke bowl order in Jan. Yet the server didn't offer any customer as they were rung up. I specially asked for it.

Prob for high school kids who've never eaten Poké in Hawaii. I'm sure most people in the area don't care that much about food quality and authenticity. Given the options in Mill Creek. But If I'm spending my $$$ I go toOno POKÉ in Edmonds.

Solid poke bowls. Price is typical Seattle but food is fresh and plentiful. Limited seating inside but heck, the weather was beautiful and plenty of seating outside

Just Poké is conveniently located in the Mill Creek Town Center and a quick and easy place to get our poké fix when the craving hits. On this particular day, I had $15 off my order, courtesy of the app, for my birthday, which is as generous of a birthday reward as I have ever encountered from ANY business! When we come here, we usually come in the evening, but I only had 3 days to use the $15 off code and almost forgot about it, so I ordered on the app on a weekday for pick-up for lunch for me and my partner. Our order was promptly ready for pick-up at the promised time. We both felt that everything tasted a lot more fresh for lunch than we had experienced for dinner. Maybe that's the case, maybe not! Regardless, we were super pleased that our poké bowls were generous servings that fit the bill and our palates.

If you don't want the fish, I still highly recommend trying this place out. I always order the sweet potato and fried tofu as my proteins and there are a bunch of other topping options that make the bowl delicious and filling. It makes for great leftovers too. The staff at the Mill Creek location are really friendly! There's not really room to sit inside but there are some tables outside if the weather is nice.
