Just Poké

This location out of the multiple other locations I've been to is the stingiest. Aside from premium side up charge they'll tell you they'll charge you for regular side like ginger or masago. Come on really? And mind you if you decide to get a side added to your bowl that amount will be minuscule. Go elsewhere at Kent station. Mod pizza or chipotle even. And the service is just sad here.

I love the Just Poke in Renton. When I found out they were building one in Kent, I was ecstatic since it was closer to home.I've ordered twice so far with the same results. I was disappointed when I saw the employee use an extremely small melon scooper to scoop the proteins. And to add insult to injury, they weigh it on a scale after and put fish back if it goes over. They never did this at the Renton location and the scoops were a lot bigger (ice cream scoop size at least). Not sure if this is a new policy change or what, but I am not fan especially for the price you're paying.Also, I notice both times I went, when you order your sauces they put way too much. I had them put the spicy aioli and the older lady put so much. I thought it was good with the first squirt, but then she proceeded to cover all the protein so it was no longer visible, if only they were this generous with the proteins portions. I went twice, since I thought it was just a one off or a new employee. But having experienced it twice a couple weeks apart, I think its safe to say it's always going to be like this.Not sure if the Renton has changed like this, but I don't think I will be back to the Kent location. Could also be the franchise policy at this location. I recommend going to Renton instead.

I had never tried Poke before today, and I am so glad I did. Just Poke at Kent Station just recently opened, but you would never know that from the excellent service and the delicious food. I had the Torched MentaikoSalmon Bowl and my wife had the Shrimp Tempura withTorched Crab Bowl, and both were simply amazing. Both bowls were very flavorful and portions were generous. The staff were very friendly and patiently answered my questions about what I was ordering. The only regret is that I didn't try more of the menu, but I will be going again. Great location in the heart of Kent Station.

Great food, love the açaí bowls and the poke torched bowls! My wife and I come here every week. I just signed up for the loyalty programs so we'll definitely be using that more often.

First time and probably the last time visiting here. I glanced at the menu on the tv screen up above and saw two options for açaí. After the girl behind the counter had finished speaking with her other coworkers I was asked if I was ready. I inquired whether they had an açaí smoothie and she said "yes, we have two" She then went on to name the ingredients in the açaí "bowls."I told her I would just like a smoothie with açaí only. "Sure, we can do that."She rang up my purchase of $9.00. + tax, then turned and reached into the freezer behind her to retrieve my 6oz "smoothie."

The poke bowl was delicious! Location was clean and staff was friendly. Stopped in to dine during lunch time so it wasn't very busy. Would've loved if the portions were bigger for the price but it seems just as similar to other Just Poke locations. Would come here again only if I was in the area and in the mood for poke.

I always enjoy the food, the staff gives good service and I enjoy the monthly/weekly discounts. I'm glad that the company has a location in Kent and I hope they move into Pierce County.

Food is always amazing ! However customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I have had my fare share of bad customer service but this location takes the cake. I have never once walked in and received a welcome in, I have stood in this place for 5 min with another customer waiting to be acknowledged. I understand they have online orders to make however that doesn't excuse the fact that they are ignoring customers. I worked at starbucks for 4 years so I understand we all have bad days and it may be difficult to be happy however this issue needs to be addressed.

SUPER over priced for small portions of poké that isn't even of good quality. Takes a really long time to order. This is more of a razzle dazzle type of poké place more for people who have not experienced real Hawaii poké. I have tried giving this spot its fair chance and have gone twice and both times very disappointed. They put all those extra veg and stuff to hide the little dollop of poké you are paying upwards of $20 for.
