We had a really great time at this restaurant. The staff were very sweet and gave us the best customer service. I will recommend anyone to stop by here for coffee and sweets. Owners are super nice. Thank you !

Excellent iced latte! I got decaf and it was great. I also ordered a chocolate croissant that was not so good. I would definitely come back here for coffee, but would skip the pastries. I would try some of their other food offerings!

The location is very convenient to Melrose, Belmont, 12 south, Berry Hill areas. They open at 0630 which is nice and early. The waffle options are great and the staff are friendly. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is very odd, you walk around to the front but the parking is on either side. I guess it's just how the building was designed.The restrooms are always clean and functional. I feel old fashioned because I am always griping about the cost of everything but it is not the fault of the restaurant but inflation.

Stopped here on the way to Colombia. 6 of us - we got a couple almond croissants, a breakfast sandwich, a cappuccino, avo toast, and hot chocolateWe got a very commercial vibe. Croissants like you'd get in a grocery store. Avocado 100% the packaged avo you'd see in a chain sandwich shop. Definitely not a "freshly made" spot. The coffee wasn't hot. The cappuccino was bitter. The avo toast was gross and "topped" with sub par produce. We went here because of the great reviews - can not concur. Service was very nice however and it was clean.***edit to update post owners response***The owner reached out thoughtfully and kindly. Offered us a remake and with solutions for each of the times we were not happy with. Nice to have good service and an owner who cares! I would say if you're not happy with what you order, bring it up in the moment and see what they can do. I did not do that.

During my visit it wasn't too busy. I wasn't quite ready to order, so I asked one of the guys if he could put an umbrella up for me on the patio (he had no problem doing this for me and even brought out an menu). Around noon, my fiancé came on his lunch break and we ordered a lumberjack latte, beignets, chicken sandwich, and chicken wrap-- everything else as amazing! We will definitely be visiting again. Nice quiet place to get some "work from home" things finished.

I made a second visit to Just Love -- which was a big mistake. I ordered a 16 ounce coffee and was charged $4.87 (!). The coffee was just ok -- not nearly as good as District Coffee. The problem was the incompetent young woman who overfilled the cup and then put the lid on. When I went to remove the lid and add Stevia the hot coffee spilled out. I had to walk over to the sink area to pour some of the coffee out and replace the lid. My final take on Just Love and its overpriced items and poor service is simple: AVOID THIS PLACE.

This is one of my favorite spots for a coffee and breakfast no matter the day of the week. The team is always so nice and welcoming. The drinks are always made well and the food is some of my favorite breakfast food on the go.

Great atmosphere, staff and owners are super attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend the cold brew and breakfast burrito. Also the waffle scones are great! So thankful they opened up so close by.
