Just Burgers Udistrict

I ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was just ok, nothing special, very greasy. The onion rings were good.The employees seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. There was a passive aggressive sign on the soda machine. The tables were FILTHY. Not just a didn't have time to wipe them down dirty - a clearly have never gotten in the cracks with massive old food buildup dirty.There was only one other customer in the place. They absolutely have time to clean up a bit. Especially as customers clear their own tables.Will never go back.

Came here for a post-workout meal with a few friends, glad that this place is open late. I got their monthly special (don't remember what it was called), but it was kind of like a burger with marinara sauce and mozzarella sticks inside. It was pretty good and not too bad for the price (less than $15 IIRC). Make sure to add the basics to your burger like lettuce, because apparently they aren't included by default.Tables were kind of dirty and the staff was not that friendly. Some of our fries fell because the tray wasn't flat, and they didn't really acknowledge or try to help clean up even though we were the only customers in the restaurant.

2 stars as the food still tastes good...no qualms about that. But the pricing is expensive for what you get now a days. Hadn't been in some time but certainly noticed the menu had changed. No longer saw the chicken strips? When did that change? They are katsu strips now which...eh. Something new is that they had smash burgers so decided to give it a try. Sadly, there was nothing smashed about it...it was just a smaller/thinner patty. Spent around $10+ for a cheese smash burger and I added tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickle. It was $1 for two small slices of pickle?!?!The burger tasted OK but it was not a smashed burger. No crispyness to it, nothing smashed at all. Could have spent nearly the same amount getting one of their "normal" cheeseburgers. Service is quick enough for the small place but it's expensive these days ‍

This place needs a serious rework with their workflow. There is only one tablet to order. It will become insanely busy during lunch/dinner hours and the line goes out the door. On average people were waiting 20 minutes just to order. I waited 40 minutes for my order, realizing that the two chefs were working at an average of 5-8 minutes per order, and they were small orders.I watched them scoop a batch of fries that was overcooked, praying it wouldn't be mine. Thankfully it wasn't, but for reference it was about 6 makeup shades darker. That aside, I absolutely enjoyed the special sakura burger set. They bread it just right and glue it together with an addiction mayo-based sauce.

Just don't come. ***Lots of suspicious positive reviews here because the business will give a free soda if you leave a review.***Staff was friendly but the burgers were lacking. Ordered a Portobello mushroom burger and some waffle fries. The burger was a salt bomb and I couldn't taste the mushrooms at all. The fries were good but they were so scant. I think I got about 6 fries. The energy and atmosphere of the restaurant was not inviting at all. Sadly I won't be returning.

With tax, $9.28 for this super small just okay shake. Ordered a burger here a year ago and it was cold and gross, thought I'd give it another try with a shake... Bad idea. Overpriced as heck. There are better and more reasonably priced burger spots on the Ave.

Cheeseburger (10/10): This burger was SOOOOOO good. We randomly tried this place for the first time because the menu looked kinda crazy for the selection of burgers. It melted in my mouth and I even had to eat some of the other half that was for my girlfriend. Lol 100% recommend and I'm going back to try other stuff. It was $11 for the cheeseburger, but they also have smash burgers that are like $7 I believe. If you're in Udistrict I'd suggest stopping by and just giving this place a try!

Just Burgers' Bulgogi Burger is a fusion of flavors! The savory beef melds perfectly with the fresh toppings. Definitely worth a try if you're in the mood for something different and delicious. Oh and get the house pickles.

These burgers are TASTY! It's hard to impress me with a burger, it's never my GoTo Choice but my daughter wanted something to eat and it was almost 9 PM. We were in the area, and it was open until 11PM. My daughter got a Bacon Cheeseburger and I got a Cheesburger wrapped in lettuce vs. a bun. I do prefer a gluten free bun but they don't offer one & I was feeling like I needed some greens. The patties were very tasty and moist, which is important to me. I think they used some oyster or hoisin sauce in the patty which would keep it moist while imparting flavor...so delicious. Lots of specialty burgers including a Bulgogi Burger & a Katsu Burger. Most people in our party still went for their standard burger or cheeseburger...oh and did I mention they have smash burgers?! Burgers range around $12-$15 while the smash burgers are about 1/2 of with less beef 1/3 vs 1/6. Lots of fry selections...curly, regular, sweet potatoe & even truffle. We got curly & reg or crispy as they refer to them as. Lots of dipping sauce options as well but they do charge for them...I actually got some Aioli but it was the only thing that was disappointing about our whole meal. Ordering is simple for big parties since you walk in & order at the kiosk. There were plenty of tables to accommodate our large walk in party of 12. If you need a good burger up until 11 PM even on a Sunday, head to Just Burgers...looks like there's multiple locations but we were in the U District. I'd go here for another burger...and my husband makes such good burgers at home, I rarely want to choose a burger!

This was disappointing. Bulgogi burger/sandwich/whatever it was, I got excited when I saw bulgogi on the menu. Even spent the 17$ pricepoint and the 8.50 price on the smash cheeseburger so I could try it like I do with new places. The "ribeye" on the bulgogi was tiny and full of gristle and not pleasant to eat. The roasted garlic on it looked and tasted like it came from a jar. There were no jalapenos on it like in the description or maybe I just didn't taste them due to the small amount if there were any. If you don't order online and do it there you have to go through the tablet, barely any customer service. The "smash cheeseburger" looked like it was a good size but it was more onion, sauce, and cheese than it was burger. The flavor was just ok, so I wish I could give a 1.5. I don't see myself coming back again between the price, quality, the 3.5% service charge for to go food, and overall experience there.
