Inside delicious. The ends were hard and tasted old.
Excellent. The best thing we ordered. The only thing I would change is the sauce. I prefer a thinner non - corn starch sauce.

I saw this restaurant recommended on Facebook and it said they had prices from the 90's! I need to go for their lunch specials where the prices are $7.99! We did take out, since I did not feel like cooking and it was $40 for combination appetizers, combination lomein and one of their house specials called War Bar. It was enough to feed 2 adults and 2 kids, plus leftovers. Very delicious and this is our new go to spot for Chinese food for sure! So good I didn't get to take any pics!!

Meh.This wasn't what I expected. We have so many Chinese restaurants in the area now that are more traditional, or serve food from specific Chinese provinces. This was surprisingly "Americanized" Chinese food. My meal was bland, even though two of the three items I ordered were "spicy." I even mentioned that I wanted them to be spicy. No pictures this time. It was just me and I was so hungry when I arrived that I forgot to take pictures.First, the Hot and Sour Soup was a little on the sweet side, and certainly not 'hot" (unless they meant temperature). It tasted good, but it was not what I would expect from one of my regular places. The Szechuan Beef was better. Again, not spicy, but flavorful. It was light on vegetables, which makes this dish what it is. The beef was very good - tender and flavorful.Lastly, BBQ Pork Fried Rice - Nothing spectacular. It was about the same as this dish is anywhere.Service was fine - the servers were pleasant. The ambiance, well, there is none. They had a red lantern and a brass plaque over the kitchen and some Chinese prints. Other than those few items, it looked more like a diner. So, sorry, not going there again.

Went in again today. Wanted to love it after going back to visit from many years ago. But I do not. The food was not great, just so-so. Not stellar. Would rather spend my hard earned money in a place that is cleaned well, has consistent flavors, greets me warmly with a smile, and does not skimp on ingredients (not much shrimp in the Shrimp Egg Foo Yung; three to be exact). The original owner I am told retired. I miss her tremendously. She spoke little English but was as friendly, helpful and warm as could be.She was a sweet little lady & she kept a beautiful & clean seating area in the small, family-owned restaurant. The food & customer service at this place, 15 to twenty years ago was Phenomenal! At present, it has gone way downhill in terms of a a clean dining area and welcoming customer service. Unfortunately, that is a thing if the past. When you walk in now, you get the feeling you are absolutely Not Welcomed to dine-in. You are looked at like..."oh, why are you here saying you want to dine in". They would rather have you order to go , pay then, get out quickly. No one smiles and greets you. The tables are usually not well cleaned; they are sticky right along with the condiment bottles of hot mustard sauce, plum sauce, soy sauce.....which are completely WATERED DOWN to likely make each one stretch. However, that is a bad move because the taste is overwhelmingly compromised. It's not good the way you know you've had it before & the way it should be when you are paying good, hard earned money. The egg foo yung is not consistent in flavor. I went in on three separate occasions during three different months. The first time I had the dish it was very tasty. It did disappoint greatly, however, that I had to ask for every single thing in order to eat it & enjoy it; had to ask for....the fork, the bottled sauces, a spoon for the soup, and napkins. The second time I went in I order the same thing. The taste/flavor was less pleasing. And, the wife/mom who cooked that day only out three shrimp in the shrimp egg foo yung. The young son apologized and said it was due to them changing the size of the shrimp. The shrimp was small not medium or large. The mom/cook for the day did not apologize or try to make the situation right. She acted as though it was no big deal and I should just accepted it & be happy with it. That was extremely disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion. She should have offered to make it over and increased the amount of shrimp added, which is what I would have done if the shoe were in the other foot. During my first visit back, there was a very fair & good handful of medium sized shrimp in my order. I believe the husband was cooking on that day. The gravy flavor was outstanding and seasoned very well. Their egg rolls could use a boost in flavor and should be made to order, rather than heated up in the microwave or heated under a lamp, which is how mine tasted today; they were not hot, just luke warm and they were not crispy. The egg drop soup also needs better flavor with green onion should be generously added, as it is traditionally served, rather than having to ask for it each time. If this current family would take time to genuinely care about the customers they serve, those who take time to patronize their business, they would & should focus on improving overall cleanliness, greeting customers with a smile, and cooking quality food with quality ingredients (and quality condiments as well). Consistency in flavors and presentation is always important (and that hasn't been the case), especially with RE-branding & rebuilding your reputation to generate more business & ROI (return on investment). Please improve. It's truly not what it once was but with time and care it could become superb! Looking forward to seeing positive changes flow throughout this place. Looking forward to going back and being warmly welcomed, greeted with a smile and genuinely thanked for choosing to dine with them. Rooting for them to improve & really take off all the way!None of the bottled sauces should ever be watered down, and the tables should never be sticky, nor should the salt & pepper shaker be sticky. That's a horrible health hazard. I feel they could & should make the effort to improve ASAP. Their business could return to being a thriving business if the family, will just take time to implement necessary changes & some of the suggested changes, showing a vested interest in those who patronize the business. We don't t mind paying for great food that is top quality with outstanding preparation and on a consistent basis. Hopeful for the changes to be made and cleanliness improved kept up. I know they can be better and have higher standards. Please thoughtfully consider making these changes and watch your business begin to really soar....word of mouth advertising can be a beautiful thing....positive & life-changing. Thank you.

Well, we felt maybe the food improved after the new owners settled in so we gave this another try. The egg Foo Yong was drenched in a thick sauce and was just OK. The Mongolian Chicken was made with green peppers and not with the customary crispy noodles and scallions. Instead along with the green peppers was a boatload of sliced onions. Quite the bad attempt at fillers. The white rice we could not eat because it tasted and smelled like it was left uncovered in the fridge for days.No thank you.

Their sweet and sour chicken was just fried battered chicken strips with a sweet sauce. No pineapple, peppers or anything else. The seafood combo had a real small lobster, but it, the shrimp, and scallops were overcooked and rubbery. The "crab" were mushy overly sweet pollack sticks. Won ton soup was bland. I would not recommend
