Jumpin Jambalaya

This is a new place for us to check out. They haven't been open very long but we were excited to try it out. It is take out only but so worth it. The food was amazing! They have great customer service! I loved that it was not too spicy but you could add your own heat to your liking. However, it would be nice to have a choice of what type of rice to add to the Jambalaya. We wish them much success with their new business. We will definitely be back!

Had the Jambalaya Fushion and it cost $23.96 at the pride festivities on 6/25/23 at Seattle Center. I thought it was going to be a big bowl it was literally a small alacarte size bowl. 60% of it wax filled with rice then it had 3 prawns some slices of sausages and bits of chicken. Ugh I wish I had taken a picture if it. I should've known it wasn't going to be good when I noticed there was no line. It was even that good. I did like the spice level but it wasn't like all the way through. Jambalaya is supposed to like have seasoning throughout the rice. This was a bowl of white rice made separately with sausage and chicken and 3 prawns on top. Don't pay the overpriced $23.96 it's not worth it.

I had the most amazing po' boy made by Jumpin Jambalaya. I grew up in SC and often miss good Creole food. I'll definitely be on the lookout for more from this great food truck.

Stopped by for lunch today, someone in the office mentioned a new pop-up right around the corner. Their staff is very friendly, helpful and made pleasant conversation while we waited. They told us "This is not fast food," which is true, but it was definitely worth the wait. We all ordered the Jambalaya...why wouldn't we? It's in their name! The shrimp and sausage were cooked perfectly...tender, juicy and not overdone. Chicken was good, but the shrimp are definitely the star of this dish. The overall portion is just right...not too much, and not leaving me hungry after I finish. Only complaint would be they are a little light on the sauce...a tablespoon more would be perfect.I tried their red juice, and it is definitely a healthy drink. It has lots of good ingredients I like (beets, turmeric, apples, etc) but do not blend to make a sweet drink like I somehow expected. However, it was much better than it could have been. Not something I will get every time, but will order it again.They offer breakfast as well, so I will be back later this week to try that out. I'm told their breakfast bowls are amazing and the breakfast burrito is huge. I will also come back to try their salads, as the peach vinaigrette has piqued my interest.If you are considering Jumpin Jambalaya, definitely pay them a visit and find out for yourself. If only I could cook shrimp the way they do...

This place is awesome! The food is so fresh and flavorful! Jambalaya was delicious and authentic. The juices are excellent just what you need to stay healthy packed with fruits and veggies and other immunity boosting ingredients. The customer service was so great as well, very friendly and personable staff. Cannot wait to try the fish sandwich they have coming soon!

They brought their jambalaya to our neighborhood tonight and it was absolutely amazing! The flavor is deep and the seafood is fresh. It is worth making the trip to go to them! You will not be disappointed if you are looking for authentic creole.

So I was eating my weekly tacos from the Muy Macho taco truck in South Park when I noticed a new popup across the street that was advertising Creole/Cajun food. I walked over to check things out and bought some jambalaya and boudin sausages. I have not eaten the sausages yet but the jambalaya was amazing! I plan to visit again this week to buy more so my wife can experience this awesomeness!

This Restaurant is simply-put: Amazing! Good Southern cuisine! Has vegetarian options, Seafood , even Gluten-free! Jambalaya-Great! Red Beans and rice-Great! Fish Sandwich-Great! The beat part was the Salad topped w/Jumbo Shrimp! (bought 2!) I'm from Louisiana, so it Taste like Home! Keep it Coming! 5-stars!
