sent my boyfriend to get me food and he asked why a dab of sour cream is $2.50 and the lady at the window got an attitude, got her manager who got an attitude because he was offended being asked about pricing and then refused to give money back. this place is an overpriced rip off and the managers live to refuse refund. $30 we are out because of the poor customer service we were give. I hope they are happy with themselves and will pray for every single soul in that place they call authentic Mexican food and proud they are leaving kids hungry. I'll make sure to contact 3 on my side. thank you juliobertos!

This place looks like it has a salsa bar. It's open 24 hours for drive-thru and there are a plethora of options. Can't ask for much more at 4am. Thumbs up. Also, oh my God, the tortillas are made fresh.

This is my Spot. The food is ALWAYS fresh and good. I love their food. Everything. My Bacon ,egg, cheese and potato burrito is always perfect. I'm am obsessed with the red salsa they make it is addicting. They are always nice and Kind to me and they now have roasted peppers they are with everything especially with the carne asada plate.

Customer service wise, I don't think they have an understanding of what that topic is. Plus they charged me extra for a specific burrito I ordered. So o went another time, same order charged me the same amount. Confronted them the third time, he gave me excuses. As soon as he told me it's due to an "add on" which i always agree on the add on. But there was no add on, both times. Be Aware of them OVER CHARGING YOU without your consent. Food taste is fresh, they also left out a key ingredient both the time I had the burrito, and he argued that I had requested it off, I showed him a picture, and being not trained by a professional, just gave me a ridiculous answer that it's in there, but just a little bit of it. Where you could clearly see in couple of the pics that there was no BEANS. I'm sorry to say, just having bad customer service I would not go back there anytime soon. It's beyond customer service, plus quality for the amount they are charging is not there.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito that was $6. The lady ringing me up told me my total was $6.79 but when I got my card neck they ran it for $9 even. I asked the guy that gave me the food what the extra charges were for to find out $1 for potatoes that I didn't ask for and $0.50 for credit card. He didn't speak any English but closed the window and pointed to the $0.50 credit card charge. I'm not worried about $1.50 but it's the principal of just adding stuff to get extra money and not even telling you. Don't tell me my total is $6.79 and run it for $9. 0 customer service.

Okay, a year and a half later, I decided to give them another try on their carne asada fries. NAILED IT. They brought back the skinny crunchy fries and took out the soggy tomatoes from their guacamole. And the price is so much better than Filibertos down the road. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is 1. I like a little more hot sauce than the 2 provided, 2. Just kinder customer service would have been nice and 3. I gotta make sure this quality is consistent.

Carne asada are fríes 11/10. The price is decent but compared to the other spots they are pretty good.

This places food is terrible, I'll just start there. I pull up the drive thru speaker and the guy hardly said anything. Then I comment to him about inflation and it's $13 for 1 burrito now. He says, "I'll give you your money back and you can go buy donuts!" I told him it was up to him. He took my money and shut the window rudely. What a piece of work this guy was. Plus the place looked filthy from the drive thru. Couldn't even finish my $13 burrito because it was so disgusting. Let's just say I won't be going back here and I suggest no one supports this business. I basically just got robbed!

Overpriced. I can't express this enough. Overpriced. 2 burritos is all I got. $25. Overpriced. They weren't bad. They were not worth $25. Plus a 4% markup to pay with a card?! Overpriced. Will not be back.

I love this location specifically! The food is always perfect and absolutely delicious! They care about what they put out to customers. Keep it up!
