I wish I could order delivery - I'd pay the extra fees. This place has the best carne and the nicest owners.

friend and I were going to see a show next door and when we arrived we realized that we hadn't eaten dinner. So we came into Juanberto's. We shared a carne asada quesadilla. She said she normally does not like carne asada, but she gave it a shot. Guess what? my friend loved it! woooo hooo. Employee was wearing a mask and the place seemed clean. She was able to answer my friends questions. There was only indoor seating and not much of it. The place was quite small. I do wish they had a table or 2 outdoors but I imagine it's something that the property manager doesn't permit. They provided us with squeeze bottles of both red and green salsa and both were delicious. the red was nice and spicy! The quesadilla was more than enough for us to share...we were stuffed.glad we ate here!

Juanbertos Mexican food is located in Miramar, San Diego, in a shopping center serving up tasty big burritos with a smile!I came here early in the morning, spotting a huge yellow sign in a shopping center reading "Mexican Food," and I knew I had to come and check it out for a quick, fast, fulfilling bite. I entered right after 9 am. and was greeted warmly by the worker. I went ahead and ordered my typical Carne asada burrito because they are always fulfilling to my tummy and don't break the bank, and I can usually smash it within 5 minutes. They have all your typical Mexican food and dishes such as tortas, breakfast burritos, and enchiladas plates as well.Within 5 minutes, my order was ready and was presented in front of me with the 4 booths they have inside to eat at. The burrito was perfect wrapped with foil and wax paper and was looking fat! I asked for salsa, and the worker gave me a huge bottle of red salsa to squirt on the burrito along with a knife to cut it in half. The burrito was dressed beautifully with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and a smooth but settled flavorful guacamole that complemented the Carne asada with a nice cool effect The Carne asada was a nice beautiful cut of marinated flank steak with perfectly char grilled marks on it. This burrito had some bite, and you could definitely enjoy the pure essence of the Carne because unlike other places, the burrito wasn't as wet and greasy, but yet it was very flavorful and had a nice chew.Overall, it was a great burrito spot to go to for some quick, fast Mexican food. The service was great, and the establishment was very clean. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area to try something new and different. Thank you, Juanbertos, for the excellent food service!

Food was good. I bought two california burritos and drinks and they were super good and filling. Hit the spot after a year of no good mexican food due to living out of state.

I've been going here for 30 years! I order the same thing each time, carne asada burrito w cheese and sour cream no pico. They toast they tortilla and the meat is charred to perfection. After 30 years the burrito is always perfect! The owner is always friendly and so is his wife. They wished me a Feliz Navidad on the way out and told me not to get to drunk on new years. The shop is always clean and it was very festive w Xmas decorations up. I'll come back again and again

The best bean and cheese burritos in San Diego! The beans are creamy, the service is kind, and it's a terrific lunch spot.

Good morning,Truth be told i do not like to talk down on mexican food because its my favorite but this was a let down. I come in at 0840ish am and ordered huevos rancheros and keep it mind it was empty in there. You would expect the food to be made with love and care instead i got overcooked huevos rancheros and microwaved tortillas. And the price for that was nearly 15$ for that baby plate will not return you have lost me.

I ordered 6pcs of rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole.. it was so hard and the almost no beef inside..i also ordered carne asada burrito and the meat was hard and dry..what a waste of money. I will never come back to this place ever..

This place is a rip off. I have order a wet burrito they told me it comes with beef. I told them I wanted asada instead. He said there will be a price difference. The burrito was 13.50 then he changed it to 21.40 and the burrito wasn't good

Great staff and pleasant atmosphere. Small operation but they crank out some tasty burritos. I would recommend the jumbo burrito deluxe
