J's Snack Land Tacos

Super authentic tacos! Loved this hole in the wall spot. The tacos and meat were flavorful and it really hit the spot. The tacos are cooked as they are ordered so they're super fresh and come out quickly. Definitely recommend!

I read the reviews throughly and I was convinced that my food was about to be bomb. The place is clean and very quiet but it's inside a laundry mat so it wouldn't be too loud. The lady working was pleasant and she was zooming around the kitchen. She held it down solo back there. I ordered the steak burrito and it had absolutely no flavor at all! They didnt give enough meat in my opinion, and I also don't like mozzarella cheese. I also ordered a watermelon & pineapple mixed agua Fresca (insert drooling emoji) it was so freaking good! I would legit go back for that alone. It's definitely a 5 star drink

I just had the BEST street tacos that I've had in a LONG TIME! I normally go to the Taco truck but today I tried Js Snackland and now I want to try the menu!Steak street tacos, corn tortillas, onions and cilantro with the spicy sauce on the side! Spicy sauce has the right amount of heat. 3 tacos not the platter just the tacos and I'm happy!She does all the favorites including gorditas and tortas! Cooked to order while you wait! You can't ask for better than that.She closes at 8:30 during the week and 5pm on Sundays.

Always fast service and really good food! While there are several taco spots on the same street, I've tried them all and J's Snack Land is the best. Allow me to point out the difference in the TASTE of the meat. It's actually marinated not just sprinkled with seasoning. The other taco spots seem to only season their meat and without the salt and pepper the meat is pretty tasteless. Another reason I prefer J's snack land is their salsa. Again, it has FLAVOR, not just heat like other places but their salsas tastes so good! I'd choose this place over all others and always send people their way when asked about my favorite taco spot!

J's Snack Land Tacos is attached to the laundry mat/dry cleaners with pretty homely food. When we entered, a sweet Hispanic lady came out and took our order after a minute or two as we stared at the menu trying to decide. I had 3 gorditas (not so much like what you'd imagine at Taco Bell): pastor, pollo chicharron, and chorizo. These thick, enclosed corn tortillas were interesting. There was a decent amount of meat, but sort of like mini street tacos, you have to order more to get full. 3 of em was decent.The pastor was the best as it was more filling with the meat type. The pollo chiicharron was interesting with what seemed like fatty parts (of like pigs). The chorizo was okay: not too oily nor dry.The hubs had the al pastor (?) burrito. It was a hearty sized burrito with rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. The flavors weren't overwhelming. The burrito was actually a bit saucy without even adding additional sauces.I'd say the overall rating for me is 3 1/2 stars, but this gets rounded up to a 4.

I heard about this restaurant so decided to try them out. As I walked in I noticed that one side is the restaurant, the other a dry cleaner and in the back a laundromat. There was one lady working all 3; so I had to wait for her to finish at the dry cleaners to come over to the restaurant to take my order and cook the food. They currently have increased their prices due to COVID. I paid $10 for a taco meal and drink. The tacos are street tacos, so pretty small. But everything was delicious and authentic.

I'm the kind of guy who sees a taco shop in a laundromat and thinks...YES - this will be excellent. And I was right. Lovely lady made me a huevos con chorizo burrito that was smack the table delicious. I can't wait for another one. Highly recommended if you're a street food fan.

Nice spot near my house. The tacos were tasty and the service was good! My whole family was pleased.

NW ATL's best kept secret. The epitome of a hole in the wall, J's Snack Land serves up some of the best, authentic Mexican food in the area from the front corner of a laundromat. Lori, who runs the show, is an absolute sweetheart I always go for the huevos con chorizo burrito, as it is literally the best breakfast burrito I've ever had.

Small little place but their food packs a big flavor punch! Great prices as well! I got the best breakfast burrito of all time here, and I'm from Southern California so that's saying a lot! Not a huge menu but everything you need is there! Highly recommend!
