Joyride Taco House

There was something different about this visit and it's worth a review. Usually, I visit the Gilbert Joyride, though I've been to this one several times before, I prefer the Gilbert service. The food today, WAYYYY good. After chatting with some of the other people in our party, they too agreed, the food was better than usual here. It's always good. American tacos... but everything was fresher and way more flavorful than it ever has been. Even the traditional table salsa, had a little more of a kick but still so flavorful. Cassie, was our server for a party of 10 and very attentive and helpful. What I like about this location verses others, is the outdoor seating. Through its close to the street (much closer than the Gilbert location is) the trees provide beautiful coverage from sun and sound.

This review is more of a high 3/low 4Staff was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately several things were wrong with the order.We asked for no "white magic" sauce and it was all over our tacos. We were also told we were getting salsa by the gentleman on the phone and there was none.The quesadilla was awesome but the enchilada was a bit underwhelming. Overall probably wouldn't go back or if we did we would go for the quesadilla and guacamole.

This taco spot used to be my absolute go-to, but recently, the quality has taken a hit. I really miss their original Taco Tuesday deal, which was a highlight. The service is always friendly, though it can sometimes feel a bit too eager--like having six different people ask if everything's okay or bringing out an overwhelming amount of chips. With so many staff members bustling around, it's a bit chaotic, and unfortunately, no one seemed to remember my drink refill. I still appreciate the warmth of the staff, but I'm hoping they can get back to the quality and service that made this place a favorite.

On our way back from the Grand Canyon, we made a delightful stop at Joyride, and I couldn't have been happier with our choice! The dips, nachos, and cactus fries were my favorite. Our waitress, Nubia, truly elevated our experience; her attentiveness and prompt service made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Joyride for anyone looking for great food and experience while traveling through Arizona.

Great Happy Hour!I did not try any of the food! Drinks only and the complimentary salsa which was tasty!Cucumber-Serrano Margarita is a must! Not too spicy, nice kick but refreshing!Raspberry-Mint Ranch Water: very refreshing, not too sweet!Tropicale Margarita: very sweet! Not my palate choice, but my friend enjoyed it.

I came to have a quick bite, and kind of celebrate my friends bday that was a few weeks back. We hadn't celebrated and wanted to catch up. Our server Renee gave us food, service and a little something for the bday dude. Of course the rest of the team also helped by checking on us constantly. I can't stress it enough, having good service and attention makes a returning customer. Thank you Renee and staff at Joyride on Central.

Perfect spot to grab some authentic tacos. Crispy chips and savory salsa was provided to munch on while we waited for our meals. Their taco platter, which came with four corn tortillas was so filling and yummy. Rice and beans were delicious as well. Crispy Brussel sprouts rounded out the meal perfectly. Service was excellent and their patio provided nice and cozy place to enjoy visiting with friends while enjoying our food. Enjoy! Highly highly recommend!!

Always a great place to eat and drink and never disappoints!! If you're a queso dip enthusiast you've got to check out the best at Joyride!
