I booked a 3 hour combo tour/manager's special for my family to get a nice mix of murals, history, and distilleries and it was worth every penny. We got to the pickup spot and loved that there was a bar and a few food trucks in case someone wanted to snack. As we waited for Richie, our tour guide, our group of 5 talked about how fun the spot was. Once Richie greeted us and said that the key word of this tour was "freedom", we knew he was gonna be great. He explained that we could do more or less of any item on the tour and he really cultivated a great excursion for us based on our interests. We saw amazing murals, took in some history lessons, and had AMAZING whiskey. I highly recommend this particular tour! Ask for Richie if you can. He was full of great suggestions, information of our surroundings and was funny as hell.

This was absolutely worth the money. We had a group of 4 people and chose the first tour of the day. This was ideal because we beat the August heat and were able to get pictures at the popular stops before the crowds arrived! We saw so many beautiful murals and historic sites in Nashville.

We had the best time using this company today for all of our tours. We started this morning with a monster truck ride with Jeremiah and Gunnar. He took us all around Nashville and showed us a lot of cool sites around town. I would highly recommend this tour. We had a total of 11 including kids. They loved it! Then, we used a shuttle service to go to a concert again the Ryman and Tyler was our driver. He was punctual and helpful with our questions. Pick up was easy and he was so sweet. He was very knowledgeable with the area. If you need anything I would say give them a call first. You won't be disappointed.

I've been to Nashville many times but usually don't do anything touristy. This trip I wanted to do something different so my mother and I booked a Joyride tour that included murals and distilleries. We were the only ones on this particular tour which was nice. Our tour guide was Sallie and she was great! Super knowledgeable and funny, just had an overall awesome personality. We darted around Nashville nimbly in a little golf cart, stopping here and there for photos or pieces of interesting history. One of our last stops was a distillery where we had up to 5 samples of flavored whiskey, I think. Peanut butter was my favorite. The tour ran a little over 2 hours, which I think was due to my mom and I being the only ones on this tour. It was worth the cost, totally recommend!

You have to ask for Drew as your guide! We had a large golf cart tour with our party of 6. Drew knows the history of Nashville and the sights we saw, he took us to all the murals and took every picture we asked for! We saw many things this native didn't know about and shopped cute touristy places that didn't feel touristy!! It rained the entire time and we still had the best time! The meeting and drop off point is a really fun bar and promotes a happy atmosphere before the tour even begins. Do this!!

Our Joyride experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived 40 minutes ahead of departure time to ensure that we were all set and fitted with bikes, helmets, and the safety talk prior to our 10:30am departure time. Our tour guide, Tom, arrived at approximately 10:25 and there was nothing set-up for our party of 6. Tom handled the situation very poorly. He was surly, blamed the lack of prep on Joyride, which may have been the case, but he took no accountability and was belligerent rather than apologetic. He strongly discouraged us from the e-bike tour because not everyone in our group had done it before. He spent the next 45 to 50 minutes gathering the equipment, with helmets and earphones missing pieces, requiring him to make several trips to other side of building where the equipment was stored to get additional parts. Rather than being encouraging to those who had never ridden e-bikes before, he didn't show them what to do with a quick demo and test drive in the parking lot. The experienced riders in our group assisted by showing those new to e-bikes what to do and had them practice while Tom was going back and forth getting the equipment. By the time we were finally ready to take off everyone was on edge and Tom took off quickly making one of the inexperienced riders nervous and she fell off the bike. Rather than checking on her to see if she was ok (she was bleeding) he was upset that her chain fell off and he'd have to get another bike. We decided that none of us were comfortable with this man leading us on a bike tour so opted for the golf cart tour. The two people in the back of the cart couldn't hear Tom with the muffled microphone and the loud sound of the motor which seemed to irritate Tom because he didn't think we were listening to his spiel. Tom didn't try to build any rapport with our group and became upset with drivers on the road, yelling at them along the way. In fact, he almost got in a fight with a driver at a stop in front of the Rainbow Room. He also took a very strange personal call during the tour which we heard over the speaker about surveillance video, the FBI, and not to call him at this number again. Although JoyRide did credit us 50% of the fee for the problems at the front end of the tour, we feel a 100% credit is in order. It was the start of our trip in Nashville and really put a damper on our day! It seems the tour guides are contracted by Joyride and Joyride needs to be on top of who they are hiring. We discovered a review of Tom the Tour guide from July where the customers seemed to have a very similar experience we had with Tom. Tom's behavior seems to be a pattern rather than an off day.On the flip side, we ran across other Joyride tour groups during our tour, and they were having a fantastic time. Apparently a good tour guide, or at least one without anger management issues, makes all the difference.

we enjoyed the golf cart tour by Drew ~ excellent tour combo of sightseeing murals and brewery. He took many pictures of us and provided excellent commentary with many back stories I would recommend to anyone on their first or second time down!Maybe enhance the intercom or audio for the 2 people sitting in the last 2 seats facing traffic...

Loved it. We did this and a trolley tour. While overlapping for some sites, this provided a really unique experience. Our tour guide, Nick, was outstanding. Very personable and knowledgeable. We did manager special and was able to craft tour toward our needs/interests. We stopped twice. Each time for a distillery tasting. Highly recommend.
