JOJO Coffeehouse Breakfast & Brunch

At first we were not happy at all because we did the waitlist app and we drove from an event and it said we were coming up soon. So we left. I even dropped my friend off at the corner so she could check in because now it said they were preparing our table and I had to find a parking space. And in old town Scottsdale is not that easy or fast. So we get there check in and she tells us we have 15 to 20 more minutes to wait. We have five tables in front of us. to say this was disappointment is an understatement!!! It was not the gal at the front problem. This is a management computer issue. She asked if we wanted to wait outside and they would text us. That would be a hard no a hard pass no thank you when it was 106° out. and hot AF. That's not gonna happen. I told her we'll wait right here. There were people outside waiting is beyond me. You can have a heat stroke. The restaurant should be offering those free waters that wasn't happening either. Once we got seated, Alicia was our server and then she passed it off to a guy named Keller because she had to leave and they were both phenomenal. I think there was one guy in between there. They made the horrific waitlist experience much better because they were so nice when we went to order our coffee, we had no clue it was all cold. We said no we don't like cold coffee could we get hot? I guess they normally don't make it hot. Be aware of that however they did do it for us that day. The food was delicious. There was a guy playing some music live and he was really good even though we sat right next to him our table we thought we might not be able to hear, but it wasn't so bad. I do give this a very high rating of 5 because the servers the staff the food was delicious. The service was wonderful. The music was great. I give it a 1 for the waitlist app.

Cute, solid breakfast/brunch spot in Old Town. There are 3-4 street parking spots in front of the restaurant, and plenty of free street parking around. We came on a Sunday around 12:30pm and waited 20 minutes after we got on the waitlist. Not bad! It was definitely very lively and there was a musician playing, although, I couldn't hear him over the chatter and buzz. I could barely hear my friend sitting across from me! The seating is cozy, particularly where we were sitting, alongside the wall to the bathroom. Service was prompt, which is great! Although it seems trivial, I was turned off by the plastic cups they served water in. For a nice Scottsdale restaurant, I can't get a glass? Also not eco-friendly/cost effective.We ordered the summer special, Pina colada pancakes ($17) and the cinnamon roll pancakes ($17). We paired them with the cranberry-lime mimosa ($12) and screwdriver ($12). Our order came out within 15 minutes. The pancakes were smaller in diameter than the average Ihop pancake. The pina colada pancakes definitely tasted like a pina colada and I appreciated the toasted coconut on each pancake. No complaints as to the cinnamon roll pancake either.

Lovely breakfast spot for a perfect Sunday morning brunch. The food was delicious - we shared the breakfast tacos and cinnamon roll pancakes - perfect! The service was excellent and can't beat the 90's alternative rock music making me feel nostalgic! Will definitely be back!

We decided to try out Jojo coffeehouse after seeing it all over our social media. When we arrived there wasn't a long wait at all so we were seated immediately. The decorations and vibe of the place were really good! I'd only say that the music was a little loud but after a while we didn't notice it anymore. We ordered a mimosa flight to share and all the mimosas were really good. Our favorite was the apple pie! The cinnamon roll pancakes were also delicious. Didn't even need any additional maple syrup! The eggs were typical breakfast scrambled eggs and the sausage had a nice savory taste!

I agree with one of the reviews that wished the coffee flight had more diverse flavor. Maybe switch it up and add some more unique or unusual flavors. The food was good, the menu wasn't very diverse. They said they had a seasonal menu but mostly the same ingredient things and added a few mexican style breakfasts.Three of us ordered omelets with our own choices of ingredients, we also got the bananas foster French toast, a pancake kids meal, and a breakfast burrito. Everything was good but I wasn't necessarily amazed by it.There were so many websites that had this restaurant as top 5 in scottsdale. I think I expected more. The staff was great and the restaurant is beautiful. Maybe I need to try different dishes.

It was packed on a Saturday, which wasn't surprising given Scottsdale's reputation as the brunch capital of the world. My friend tried their famous coffee flight, which looked delicious and seemed like a fun way to sample different brews. Overall, it's a solid spot for a brunch outing if you're in the area.

Overall, the aesthetic was cute and they played live music, which made the restaurant lively. The service was good, and the waiters were really quick to get your orders. For the food, I had to take one star off, because the potatoes were a little bit undercooked. However, I am happy to come back and try another food item.

We made a visit to JoJos on our trip to Scottsdale in spring after searching on Yelp. We waited a little over an hour on a Saturday for breakfast which was not unexpected, but with the Arizona heat the wait felt extra long. The crowd seemed like a mix of locals and tourists.Once our number was called we could see the restaurant was packed - a good sign. We were seated near one of the perimeter windows facing the street; one of the best parts of sitting there were the industrical mister fans on the outside that dramatically cooled down the space. It was heavenly. Our party ended up ordering several items including the traditional breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and a side of berry and cream pancakes. In addition we tried their coffee flight, which included five mini iced coffees (cold brew, mocha, latte, cararmel macchiato, and white mocha). We received the flight of coffee first which was fun but some of the coffee tasted a bit watered down - might have been from the ice melting quickly. We admit we went carb heavy, but both the breakfast sandwich and the pancakes were dry. Of course tried to remedy with some condiments like ketchup for the sandwich, but it just tasted a bit lackluster. The service was friendly and despite things being busy, our server was accessible.

Great restaurant, awesome staff, even had live music preformed by a local musician. Food was also really good i had the breakfast bowl with chorizo which was a 10/10.

Nancy and Ivana were so kind and attentive. Food was out quickly, and was delicious. We will be back!
