John's Sweetfire BBQ

1/21/22- headed over there with a party of 3 for the first time. Little outside booth employed by young men who were very friendly and great with explaining everything. They take cash or credit. We ordered a large loaded nachos and a large chili. Positive- the loaded Nacho was large and for $13. Options were chili or pulled pork on top. Did them pork. Shredded cheese, onions and pickles. It taste real good. The large chili taste good with a little kick for just $6. But the size was a little smaller than I was expecting. Negative- nothing to report. I would go here again. See the photos. I have just 4 stars because the limited menu options and to be a 5 star you have to rock and roll. I was hoping for some ribs there and it wasn't available.

Fantastic BBq. I had the puled pork sandwich when they were cooking up food at the BNS brewery for a Charity Event. The ribs weren't done yet unfortunately but the pork was fantastic. Their bbq sauce is great also. Which is so important to me. A tad sweet but not too much. The pork was soft an juicy and their buns were really soft also. The coleslaw was perfect, and on top of the Pork was extra good. Super nice people, clean and sanitized area. What can I say, I would definitely come back for the ribs!

Wow, this is outstanding BBQ. He was smoking onsite at a Jeep Event this weekend and had a pulled pork sandwich and a smoked bratwurst. Both were great and his sauce is the best I've ever tasted.

WAY over priced for what you get. $18 for a dry brisket sandwich and a bag of chips. The BBQ sauce was only needed to add moisture to the meal. I know they're going to justify with "slow cooked", "expertly smoked", "rare blend of wood", "inflation!!!" but it's just a meat sandwich. Nothing gourmet, no special flavor, no special anything to justify that price. Insane.

John is a pro! We tasted his bbq at a party last summer and got his card. This last weekend we had a big party of 50 people and we got rave reviews for the food. Everyone loved the beans and pulled pork (his secret bbq sauce is delish!) the chicken was awesome too and we loved the coleslaw with a light sauce! For your next event try this guy- fantastic service and quality food

John's Sweet Fire BBQ has catered our company retreat for the past two years. He served breakfast and lunch for 200 people. In the past, people stood in line for over an hour to get their food. So this was a real sore spot for us. John and his crew were able to get all 200 people fed within 30 mins for both breakfast and lunch, and no one felt like they were standing in line. For breakfast John created a burrito bar with homemade salsa that was absolutely amazing. He served scramble eggs, bacon, country potatoes, mushrooms, and for our vegan friends soy-riso and tofu scramble. In addition he had a yogurt, fruit and pastries. For lunch we had pulled pork, tri-tip, and chicken pops, cowboy beans, coleslaw, macaroni & cheese, along with vegan sausages with sweet bell peppers with fresh citrus sauce. And I must mention his homemade BBQ Sauce!!! I received great feed back from my staff. Especially from the Vegans who said they felt included and truly enjoyed the vegan BBQ menu. John and his family have mastered BBQ for all. John and his wife worked with me to create the perfect menu for my event. The food was only outdone by the customer service. I can't say enough about this wonderful company. You won't go wrong with this great family owned business.
