Great place to eat. The ladies are fun to talk to. Food was great. Come get a good cheeseburger.

They changed their chicken strips. Very small and flat now. Not even close to the same.

Nothing too special. Typical mall food court meal that'll fill you up for a bit. We went about an hour before they closed and they didn't have burgers, but had plenty of chicken. The chicken tenders are pretty tasty for being fast food

My daughter's favorite place for a burger or chicken sandwich whenever at the mall. Their sweet potato fries are the absolute best and always freshly cooked.

Picked because I'd never tried this franchise before, it was a pleasant surprise. I seldom visit mall food courts, but with pandemic restrictions lifting and shopping at the lunch hour, the aromas were almost overpowering.John's is a burger joint serving mostly burgers (du-uuh!) It's unpretentious even though it proudly serves Blue Bell ice cream. It's happy to still be open and the front staff are hawking samples of a new fried side that doesn't yet seem to be on the overhead menu. It knows it's target and keeps it in sight.My Original John's Burger was perfect: full of flavor, juicy, piled with fresh toppings, fully biteable and everything stayed between the buns (I didn't have to leave the mall wearing designer food stains!)I'm not a fan of battered french fries because the batter usually hides a cheap, flavorless potato. NOT AT JOHN'S! The fries are lightly floured and the potato stands out. I also love ketchup with my fries, but my order was full of crispy outsides, fluffy insides, and stood on its own without need of ketchup. Bonus!It's mall food, so your mileage is likely to vary, but John's is definitely worth a stop.

Wow! This place was so good. The family that runs it is so nice and very welcoming. Our food was hot and fresh - the fries crispy - even the fountain drinks were delicious. My husband had the chili dog which had the perfect amount of chili and cheese and he opted for sweet potato fries - didn't try the dog but his fries were good. I had the original chicken sandwich and regular fries and both were as I stated before, hot and crispy (I ordered the fried not grilled chicken)also had the perfect amount of toppings. The bun was fresh amd everything tasted great- just an all around enjoyable fast - cheap meal. We certainly will be back'

John's Burgers at Cool Springs Galleria Mall in TN is a fast food joint located at the food court at the mall. Among all the food choices we decided on John's Burgers per the reviews on this particular place.The pricing is average for a fast food joint and the food was GREAT!I would highly recommend this place if your at the mall and your in need of FOOD!The people at John's Burgers are super nice and its hard to beat good service even in the fast food industry.So check out John's Burgers for yourself and see how great of an experience it is for fast food.My rating of John's Burgers is a 5-star for hospitality and food.I will go back again! Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had... and they actually have grilled chicken and salmon burgers!!! When I think of a classic made to order burger this is it, and worth the extra drive past Shake Shack. I just wish they had mor locations and a plain cheese fries option.

I liked the regular burger. They didn't pressure me into an upsell (fries, drink) and it was very fresh as were the fixins. Very very cool place to eat.

Amazing breakfast selection, very friendly staff, and good prices. Would highly recommend.
