Modern-Rustic. Foundational. Quality. Johnny Coffee offers a solid selection of coffee alongside with baked goods. We ordered a regular latte hot and matcha latte iced. The latte was good. However, I think the real gem on this menu is their matcha latte. I'm not a matcha enthusiast, but enjoyed this drink - the flavor wasn't too potent. Their featured drink also looks appealing. When I visited they featured a pistachio and honey latte. Now, I usually always order a mocha, however the chocolate they use is commercialized and not housemade. So if you are looking for an extraordinary mocha, this isn't the place - you'd be fine getting a mocha at any other coffee place since most coffee places use the same commercialized chocolate brands.Their bakery selection is nothing out of the ordinary. You can find here an assortment of cookies, scones, bagels, muffins, croissant and cinnamon rolls.The service was baseline. The barista took our order, made it and gave it to us. Nothing more or less there.Expect a modern rustic ambience with art and decor that honor the pacific northwest outdoors and wildlife. They have plenty of barstool top seating, a few outdoor shaded patio seating and a large couch in the back to socialize or relax.Overall, Johnnys Coffee shop is an exceptional destination for those looking to try a new local coffee shop. This is the place to go to support small local businesses. And if you are looking to get out of the house, can be a great location to read a book, meet friends or do some work on your laptop. Would highly reccomend their matcha latte or featured drink - these are the 2 drinks that I think sets Johnnys Coffee apart from others.The only feedback I have that I think will give this shop an over the top winning edge is their coffee, ambience/vibes, and service. Those are the 3 things that keeps me revisiting a good coffeeshop. Being proactive with the local community and giving back is always a extra bonus too. I'd love to see an improvement in their latte art craftmenship, more unique coffee items or upgraded quality ingredients (i.e. housemade chocolate), and welcoming and engaging staff interactions.

Warm, welcoming, with non-dairy milk options! Clean and cozy. The honey-lavender latte and cardamom latte are my favorites so far.

Decent atmosphere, aesthetically it's well decorated, and the coffee is good. Not much else to say. Go here.

Friendly staff. No dairy free options when comes to pastries. The coffee is all right. They do have fun flavors!It's kind of new age meets minimalist interior.

Full disclosure: I am not a coffee connoisseur. That said, I had a delicious latte here and was able to work for a few hours from an extremely comfortable couch with reliable WiFi. Service is friendly, ambiance is modern coffee-shop with nice, relaxing music. They had a limited pastry selection in the Tuesday I came in (their deliveries come in Wednesdays from Macrena Bakery). That said, the peanut butter cookie was delightful. There is a waffle place Nextdoor and you can order food and eat it in the coffee shop as well.

This place has been a great place for me to get work done. Their hours of operation makes it a great place for any kind of meet up. The hidden spot in the back of the coffee house has a wonderful view! There is a large table for quick meetings with multiple people. The snacks provided are pretty delicious too the cinnamon rolls are to die for. I had a London fog and it was pretty good. I would highly recommend this place!It is also the sister spot for the waffle place next to it so if you want real food you can order next door!

Taste: 5/5Value for the money: 5/5Service: ? I wasn't there for "service" I just wanted a good coffee. It was just a good barista style coffee shopI had one of the best coffees I've had in a while. This one had the perfect match of flavors, astringency and caffeine punch. There are plenty of seating tables and the ambient is comfortable. Not sure it matters for most, but they do have a La Marzocco coffee machine, which in my opinion are one of the best for making coffee. You have to try it. I really liked it. I tried their vegetable muffin (or whatever they call it) - it was really good. RAISING WARNING: the muffin does have raisins lol... hoping it's your thing. Have fun

Great coffee, delicious treats! I love the grab & go sealed bevos too. Nice place to drink coffee & chill. Service could be improved on, doesn't stop me from coming back!

If I can rate zero stars I would! Worst customer service ever!! The girl looks like she hated her job and attitude showed it well. The breakfast sandwich was still cold. The place seems very unwelcoming and the ambiance just not somewhere I'd want to enjoy a coffee. Not a place I'd come to with friends for a cup or coffee to hang out. Preferred to leave and go get a Starbucks instead.

Why isn't there a decent coffee place in The Trails?Just left with two stale and rotten tasting Macrina scones. Tastes like they had been sitting for days. You know the taste... stale fridge. I've had Macrina so many times other places and this was so awful we couldn't eat them. Then our two 16oz Americanos, they were black water. I figure they used one shot to cut corners. The personality of the guy at the register was as flat as could be. All of the food and coffee went in the trash. Never again. $20 down the drain.
