Came here for burgers recently and they were so good! Perfectly cooked with great fries too. However, I decided to try their breakfast and I was really disappointed. I ordered the country breakfast dish and everything on the plate was a miss. The hash-browns were definitely old as they were stiff and cold. The biscuits were really undercooked so they still tasted like raw dough and the gravy had no flavor other than salt. Even the scrambled egg that I ordered with it was somehow both over cooked and also cold. The service is fine and I will for sure be back for the burgers and fries as that is definitely the speciality of the house but I will be skipping breakfast which is a shame.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We walked in at 830pm on a Tuesday night, after checking the hours of operation on the front door. Sign said kitchen closes at 830, but we were in search of a nightcap. First waitress informs of that the kitchen was closed. No problem, just looked to sit at the bar for a drink. We were not even seated at the bar when we were approached by another employee who said they were closed. I looked at my watch and said it's 834, and the hours say 900. Eye roll from staff, with a statement of "Well, we're closed". We turned around and left and walked across the street where we were warmly greeted and served a delicious cocktail. The 2nd establishment posted hours also indicate they closed at 900. Customers will return based on SERVICE, something that the staff at Johnny B's sorely lacks.

First off our server was amazing, loved her and we had great service. This was our first time eating here and our first impression was the prices seemed pretty high. We ordered burgers and for the price thought they would be large, filling, specialty burgers. Unfortunately they were smaller than expected, the meat patties were extremely thin and the lettuce they used was just a big iceberg wedge. The burgers are a La cart ( I believe ours were 13.99) and then it's another $4.50 to add fries. I would suggest this place for drinks and apps but not entrees. Around $55 for 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 beers.

We don't make it here as often as we should. The burgers and sides are just so tasty! They were pretty crowded but service never suffers. The food always comes out hot. Servings are still generous. They wouldn't take our full punch card, so, a little sad about that.

Nice!!!! Finally came here on a Friday night during the farmers market and it was excellent! I had the cheese burger with onion rings and a IPA. I wasn't expecting much from here since I keept passing by for about 15 years and never went in, I deserve a slap for not eating here sooner! And the had the Padres game on!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

Always a great place (even when it's not Oktoberfest crazy). Great service & prices. Speaking of prices (the food vendors this year were way overpriced- $15.00 for a corn dog? The booth prices (as well as inflation) I'm sure didn't help. Either way, my wife & I enjoyed front row seating not having to I g to go booth to booth venue - one stop shopping at Johnny B's

My daughter and doggo were craving burgers. So we decided to try something new close to home. All the staff's is super sweet, especially when we order an extra patty for my doggo. They deliver her big juicy meat patty that she devoured in seconds. We sat outside as we had the doggo. But, this looks like a chill and good place to hang out. We got the choco martini, the steak sandwich, and the burger. My daughter devoured the burger. Everything was delicious. My steak is a tad bit well done. The fries are the best tasting fries I've had. The choco martini is delicious and not too sweet. Definitely would get it again. All in all, it was a great experience. All of us enjoyed our food, especially my doggo. She's going to want to go everyday, lol.

Staff older waitress is very short and always with a pissy attitude! Try to get the older bus lady she had no problem getting you what you need ie. ketchup or mustard! The place at one time had sweet servers. I hate meeting friends here in fear of getting the mean server! I ll keep and eye on the Yelp reviews. We can't be the only ones treated so poorly !

Please support small businesses.That being said I spent $45 on a cheese burger, fries and 2 pints of Coors lite..I can't go out with prices like this.
