Joe's Philly Steak & More

First time I came here was last year and I thought it could've been better. But I came a second time last Saturday and I'm glad I did because I can tell they made the Philly better.The king steak sandwich (large) came with provolone cheese, the meat was thinly sliced and tasted great! The king fries (large) is basically fries with the toppings of a loaded baked potato and it was flavorful bc the cheese, bacon, and sour cream. One thing I noticed was they had coke products for the fountain drinks, but Pepsi for the canned drinks.Service was fast, friendly, and prompt, but I was their first customer before it started picking up so I cannot say how it's like when busy.Ambiance is like a family owned hole in the wall restaurant type of vibe.I'm glad I came a second time and noticed the quality of the food tasted better than my first visit, I'll definitely come again.

Extremely meh. We only had the cheesesteaks. Which came with a side of secondhand embarrassment for how badly they messed up their title sandwich. The beef was sliced WAAY too thick. The three of us each got at least one bite of connective tissue which made for an unpleasant experience. The cheese was anemic, too. As I write this, I am thinking, why am I giving them a two star review? Well, I guess it's because they have plenty of parking. I won't be going back to have another meal there to give them a second chance, so I'm giving them a slight benefit of the doubt.

I love their Roasted potatoes but for the past 2 Saturdays they been closed? And I'm so confused their website says M-Saturday till 8:30pm that they are open but they are not, so is frustrated that they are not updating their hours.... :(

Neighborhood style joint with some awesome food. I stopped by about two weeks ago while running into Bookmans. Decided to give this place a shot since I love a good Philly cheesesteak. I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. FOOD: I ordered Joe's Philly (small size) and was surprised when a larger than expected sandwich came out. The cheese was melted to perfection, and the meat was tender. The bread was also super soft. I really enjoyed the cheesesteak. I also ordered a small side of the cajun fries which were awesome. This place should be a lot busier than it seemed when I stopped by. The employees were all nice and they have a great Philly cheesesteak. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area!

Went on a early Saturday evening after going to Bookman's. We opted to dine in since the place was empty. We ordered a large Original and a order of fries to share. Everything was cooked to order and the counter girl was pleasant and helpful. After ordering she was actually the person that actually cooked our order. On a good note she washed her hands before cooking our meal.Within 5 or so minutes it was done, smoking hot. Everything was appealing to the eye and she gave us an extra basket to use since we were sharing. Fries home cut and just like Mom used to make. The bread to the sandwich was fresh, soft and amazing. Meat tender. Taste, I wouldn't really call it a Philly. The meat was seasoned literally with a lot of black pepper. Don't get me wrong it was a really good steak sandwich but not really a Philly. Not enough cheese made for a very dry sandwich. Some hot and sweet pepper would have made this a 4 star sandwich. They may offer but we didn't ask.The only negative is it didn't look like the tables had been wiped down after diners left. But in the restaurants defense there was only one person doing it all. When we left there were about 6 other diners that had ordered and there wasn't anyway she could take orders, cook and clean at the same time. We will definitely be visiting Joe's again. It really was a good steak sandwich and the fries were awesome!

Look at this sad little $15 sandwich. It looks so tiny in my hands. These overpriced subs are basic at best. Barely any meat at all.

In my opinion the food is overpriced for the taste and quality. I wouldn't eat here again.

Was my go to place for about 15 years the new owners ran it into the ground really good expect to spend no less than $20 for a regular size combo I moved back to Charlie's I won't be eating here again with my family food isn't even good here anymore they are never open food sucks now and they are expensive as it gets HARD PASS for me .

The food was really great and flavorful. However they forgot my fries for my to go order. I understand things happen, but I was the only person in the restaurant and this place is spendy so it was a waste of money to pay for something and not receive it.
