If I could give negative stars I would. As an older man who takes medication I needed a bathroom--It was kind of an emergency. I went in there, I knew from several previous visits they had one. I was going to buy a soda, possibly some ice cream and I asked if I could use the bathroom. The supposed manager asked me if I was going to stay. I said I'm not going to stay, but it's possible I'll probably buy something. The proclaimed manager made me wait even after the purchase and was very rude and an actually tried to initiate an argument with me about the rules of the establishment. Whoever owns this place may want to rethink their decision on having this person as the manager whom they claimed to be, as to my experience with her hostility towards a paying customer. I can assure you that is the last $3.65 they will get from me. Also, since I also work a regular job and ride share on the weekends, I tell people of my experience and NOT to go there.Not only is it silly for a well dressed older man to be forbidden to use the bathroom until I pay for something, the treatment I received was shocking!!!!

In this place, coffee never gets old. I like how even at late hours I can still get a coffee. Their dirty chai latte is their best.

For downtown Phoenix locals this is a staples in my opinion. Whether you're having a bad day and need a smiling face to talk to or trying to get sauced this is a great starting point. From breakfast sandwich to one of the best burgers in downtown, come visit John and the team. If you're not a downtown local don't worry about it, this place doesn't have the "if you're not local get out" feel. Downtown local secret unlocked... hot dogs la memoria sets up after 8PM for some late night Sonoran dogs. These are as authentic as it gets hands down my favorite across all of phx, if you've had a couple drinks and just want some fire glizzies to take home DO IT!Also pool table open

Cute little spot. We got the lavender latte and the charcoal latte. I actually liked the charcoal better. My kids even got to have ice cream. The breakfast was delicious as well. Will definitely come back

Breakfast burrito and french toast were really good. Coffee was nice and strong. Will come back. Atmosphere is interesting....

Came here last night with some friends to work on case study cuz I didn't want to work from home. It seemed to be the only place open late. The ice cream was soooooo good and the guy who helped me was really nice. I'm only giving 4/5 stars simply because the music in that place is entirely way too loud and not good lol. It'd be different if the music was consistent and good songs were played but some of them were hella depressing or just too much. And I'm a musician who listens to everything on full blast so I feel like this says a lot lol. I'll definitely be back for vegan ice cream tho cuz that blueberry cardamom and matcha were to die for!

Came here with a some friends from school to do class work. I walked in and immediately started looking for outlet's because my laptop is old and needs to constantly be plugged in, the guy on bar asked me if i needed help and i told him what i was doing, he immediately pointed out all the outlets in the place. I was able to plug in by a comfortable couch, I got an caramel oatmilk latte (my go to) and it was very good, the oatmilk they used is creamy and he didn't use too much caramel. My classmates and I will be back for cocktails!

After trying out two nearby coffee shops that turned out to be closed, my best friend and I finally found our way to Jobot! Let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was simply to die for. If you're ever in need of a great food and coffee fix, I highly recommend stopping by Jobot!

Ice cream is amazing and the owner is a super cool guy. He has the coolest stories about Roosevelt Road if you are interested in learning about the history of downtown Phoenix.
