Our go to late night teriyaki spot , they are QUICK, if you want speedy teriyaki this is the one for you, they also are always running a buy one get one on Uber eats so we are always ordering from there and it's always 10/10. The boba tea is great too, even when delivered.

We ordered through UberEats and this was our first experience with JOA, so I can't really speak to ambiance or service, but the order was prepared promptly for pickup and delivery by Uber. We ordered Veggie Fried Rice, a bogo deal for Teriyaki Chicken and General Tso's Chicken, an extra side of white rice, and an order of Egg Rolls (not pictured). The fried rice had an alright/average taste and texture, but there was very low veggie/egg to rice ratio; the general chicken was dry with almost no sauce; the teriyaki chicken was a bit over cooked; the egg rolls were limp/ undercooked, and, as I found after a bite, are not vegetarian and do contain a white meat. I don't think we'll try this place again (especially through a delivery service).

Fast service. Clean environment. Good customer service. The prices are affordable and the plates are big. Good food too. Lots of teriyaki options in the area and this one is one of the more reliable and delicious options. Parking lot does get packed, it's in a plaza with other food places, so be mindful that you may have to park and walk if there aren't any spots.

We ordered lunch for 3 people waited 30 minutes they brought two plates we asked them for teriyaki sauce cuz we were eating in and they said we need to pay for it!!!Then we finish eating in 30 minutes more but third person still didn't get his meal and in total he was waiting for his meal one hour!!!!! Two people after us just canceled their order up they were waiting for so long! And the owner was really mean! But the cashier was nice!

Pretty decent food at reasonable prices!I came across an offer on UberEats and decided to pick up dinner from here on my way home. As I am a sucker for chicken fried rice and the portions on the picture looked smaller, I decided to order a little extra.Boy, was I wrong! When I arrived, waiting for me was a massive stack of food! The portions are actually VERY generous, so definitely take that into account when ordering. The rice itself was pretty soft and a little salty, and the chicken pieces were just a little tough on the outside while soft inside. I did feel that it could've been a bit more flavorful as it actually derived a lot of its flavor from the large amount of oil instead of various spices/sauces, but it was still decent enough.Overall, I'm glad I gave JOA a try and would recommend!

Hair in foodChicken was old and hard obviously overcooked I ordered online through the website and had it delivered however when I called the employee told me there is nothing he can do about a refund. Hair in food is outrageous . He said my only option was to come in to get something else. No thank you I want a refund!!! Will not order again. Ever!!!

Worst teriyaki ever !!!! They just cook the same dry chicken and then give a sauce and then call it "orange" chicken or "sweet sour" chicken just based on the sauce in a small tub. Its disgusting and fake advertising. I dont know how they are included in Uber eats.I hate complaining about food but this was bad !!!!
