One of my favourite Cantonese restaurants in the city! This is my third time here and every dish I've tried has been delicious! Lobster sticky rice is a must get! Rice is so flavorful and the fresh lobster is divine! I love the addition of Chinese sausage, ginger, and scallions in the sticky rice - definitely enhances the flavor and fragrance Oxtail stew was 10/10! The oxtails were nice and tender and the thick sauce went so well with rice! Duck with plum wine sauce is another must try dish! The sauce is sweet and savory and the roasted duck is really tender, a good mix of fat and lean! Salted egg yolk fried pumpkin - I love salted egg yolk so recommend if you do too! Service is super quick and nice ambiance for such a busy restaurant!

Racism at its finest. I went in there happy asking for a table for 2 the short guy with glasses was like give a second and I'm like okay. Then 3 Chinese costumers came in and he skipped me and took their number down and I was there first. So you need to be Chinese to get a table and not get skipped. I'm going to file a lawsuit for discrimination! You all just wait.

Amazing chinese food. they have very traditional chinese food that is stirred fried to perfection. my favorite was their pork belly stirred fried with peppers. it's a bit on the spicy side but well worth it when you throw in some rice to neutralizes the spiciness. garlic stir fried morning glory is a classic dish as well. I really enjoyed the authentic flavors here and would recommend this place to anyone. store has lots of seating and the service is quick. 10/10

Fried lobster was still raw, especially the claw part. We felt discriminated by the server when she skipped our group and seated a group of Cantonese people even thought they came after us.

Great authentic Chinese food, but it's so popular that there's usually a very long wait. The reservation that you get by calling in isn't really a reservation. You still essentially wait in line when you get there. In addition, there does not seem to be much order as far as who gets seated first. This is the main drawback. I wish they would implement some type of reservation system.

This is basically my one and only favorite Chinese restaurant in the area!!! In this restaurant you'll find some of the most authentic flavor canto style dishes, and they're legit. Everyday there's a long waitlist but the time isn't absurdly long. The service is fast, the place is always, I mean always crowded. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate big or small gatherings. They do offer private room for big parties upon request.

It might be hard to find a parking spot nearby but I would recommend try this very authentic Cantonese style restaurant. As you might notice, their staffs all speak Cantonese. Small restaurant but got a table next to the windows.Their food is tasty. We definitely recommend their special dish: pork stomach with chicken soup. It tastes full with flavor of white pepper and warms you up in the cold winter. Their fish fillets are also special, but be cautious if you cannot tolerate with any fishy flavor. A choy are typically expected but you can choose more than four different cooking styles other can garlic. Try other styles it's very Cantonese authentic. The soup and A choy come with big portion. We cannot finish at all. Their services are good too and don't charge on white rice.

We came here for a family birthday dinner and were seated in one of the private rooms which was perfect for us. The meal was really good!Highly recommend making a reservations as the place fills very quickly and wait times can be long. Even for a Thursday evening, there was a full house. There is such an expansive menu to choose from with some limited descriptions but anything salted egg yolk or black pepper sauce is probably going to be delicious (at least to me). My favorite dishes were: + Stir Fried Pork with Hot Pepper+ Pig Intestine with Chef Special Sauce+ Beef Tongue with Black Pepper sauce (we also got Beef with Black Pepper Sauce but the beef tongue was more tender)+ Salted Egg Yolk Fried Pumpkin+ Lobster Hill (slightly fried) - nice juicy pieces of lobster!+ Salted Egg Yolk Stir-fry fish stomach - loved this!!+ Fried Keo Fish with Black Pepper SauceThe sauces get to be a little one note so next time, I would order some steamed veggies and of course, everything pairs great with the fluffy white rice!

Wow!!! Delicious meal. Drive by all the time and wanted to try it. We tried to stop by last night but there was a wait. We hate to wait so we went elsewhere. We stopped for lunch today and that was the best decision. We got a table right away without a wait. The place is small, narrow and simple. They have small appetizer plate for eating, disposable chopsticks and paper cups. Most of the tables are for 2-4 people and there are 3 round tables for larger parties. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They walk around to check on tables. We ordered the double lobster over sticky rice and garlic green beans. The double lobster over sticky rice what they are known for. The food came pretty fast. And we were excited to try it. It was delicious. You can't see the rice as the lobster was on top of the rice. The seasoning and flavor was very good and the rice tasted really good. Had a little sweet taste which was surprisingly good. The green beans were just stir fried with garlic and it was amazing. So much flavor and had a nice crunch to the beans. The garlic was left as whole pieces which was nice as I'm not a garlic person so it was easy to pick out the whole clove. This place gets really busy so it will be a hit or miss in order to get a table. But that will not stop us from coming back. So many things on the menu to try.

This place was suggested to me by a buddy of mine who lives in the south side. I had initially thought it was by Chinatown but it's close to White Sox stadium. Sizzling beef was really good! Not as good as chi cafe in chinatown, but pretty close and seemingly healthier with some veggies. Garlic ong choi was spot on and good balance to the beef. The oysters with black bean sauce is a must try! My wife doesn't like seafood but she really enjoyed the oysters. It was slightly on the saltier side, so pairing it with some white rice or something blander is a must. I wasn't a big fan of the walnut shrimp but it was passable. For dessert, I ordered the tato with tapioca on coconut milk. That was perfect ending to the meal and was very refreshing! Price was reasonable. Service was very attentive and the ambiance was good.
