Grand raise everyone that read this there a JJ Fish & Chicken at Greenbrier Mall location in the old place of IHOP, the chicken wings are Awesome but what ever better is there zucchini fries yes I understand some of you might not like vegetables your kid's will like them get a small side thank

You know what to expect here, it has been years since I went and just felt necessary to share food has not been decent, wings are alot smaller and seemed to have be recooked as some parts were chewy. Very off experience and all the signs were simply hilarious, all FAQS are posted to streamline their process and I can't be mad about that.

We always hear great things about this place and wow they did not disappoint. The hubby and I had perch with chicken wings and catfish. We loved how the fish and wings were fried hard. We asked for extra seasoning, which is a must. The lady behind the window was super nice considering how long it took us to decide what we wanted. We also had the frozen lemonades which I didn't care too much for but my husband liked it. I look forward to trying this place again once we move to ATL!

The food was amazing I ordered the 6 piece whole wing special. The fries were crispy and amazing the wings were too I normally don't use hot sauce but when the chicken that good you feel the need to razz it up with some. They urged me to try the lemonade it was good too. I'll be back to try something else but overall this was a hit. The service was great the people were friendly

The service was not good at all neither was the food when I walked into the restaurant. I don't really expect a proper greeting from a "place like this" but they were just rude. I walked up to the counter and there's a big sign that says NO CELLPHONE USAGE, but was on her phone the entire transaction. Not to mention I said hey I'm ready when you are, no response said it again then she flips her hair and takes my order. The food was not worth the wait at all. Thank God my partner is a little more assertive than I am because I waited 20 minutes for my food and they went up there and asked about it and it was already ready.. and cold. Wouldn't recommend!

The store has a B rating from the food inspection department. Soooooo, that is really bad that is like getting a D in gym. The place is very dirty I think if it would get a surprise inspection it will shut down. This is so sad my friends wanted food. I am happy I ate earlier.

I have seen this place and other locations but never gave it any thought. My friend brought me the cat fish and fries and I enjoyed it. So when I had the urge for fried chicken it was a no brainer to head over to JJ Fish and Chicken. I was a novice as I noticed other patrons coming and saying give me the number this give me the number that while I was like can you add this or can you add that to the order . Anyhow, the fried chicken was slapping.

New management/owners. Horrible. Nothing taste as it should. I ordered combo with shrimp and scallops added 1 piece whiting on my last visit 3/25/2023. Everything was undercooked. Luckily I didn't get poisoned. But threw away a good portion. Sadly I paid with cash otherwise I would have disputed the charge. Waste of money and time. I won't return to this location. Now I see why no line on this particular day/time.

Food hot and tasty service need lost of work and the drive thu pickup window a lot of cleaning

Don't go!!! I had a taste for some whiting fish and I wanted it fried like Chicago style. I imagined the fish to be fresh, plump and tender instead I was received the driest, darkest and oldest pieces of fish imaginable. It seems like they dipped it in soy sauce, fried multiple times and then microwaved it. I was so disappointed. Of course, I threw it away because I couldn't eat it. Anyway, I'll wait until I return to Chicago to try it again. It's been many years since I've visited J&J's so hopefully I have a great experience. The one star is for the super friendly cashier.
