This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in the entire country. Their food is mind blowing. Truly. I remember being a bit skeptical because of the price initially but I am glad we pushed past that to give it a try.I get the flying vegan harvest ramen but have tried all 3. There was also a time they ran a special for half price ramen...so I will embarrassingly admit that I ate it all three days they ran the special lol.It is typically pretty busy so the service is very dependent on that, but not as bad as other places of similar styles I have been to.Pros:- 3 Vegan options for ramen- Vegan options in general(appetizers/rice bowl/tacos/tempura)- Insane amount of flavor- Great portion size- Get greeted, seated, and menus fast- Usually a short wait for your food- Rewards systemCons:- Pricey- Alcohol options are also on the pricey side as well- When you do order drinks from a table, the bar takes a long time- Service can be a bit disappointing/slow for a place that small- If it isn't busy they have consistently seated us directly next to another small table. And the tables are super close together so that is a bit awkward.

I can't believe I waited so long to try this ramen! I have eaten here now twice and gotten the same ramen both times because it's perfect! Not only is the ramen outstanding, but the bao buns are absolutely amazing. I could eat those all day. If you haven't tried this place yet you got to. Order the shrimp wonton ramen with garlic and seasoned egg... I swear it will change your life!!!

Yummy ramen chain in downtown chandler.They're located in the hearty if downtown by all the restaurants. Somewhat small, so very busy. Dark, a little loud, not romantic.Great vegan options! Love their vegan ramens over the competition.

I love Jinya Ramen Bar! The team is always so welcoming and there's rarely a wait to be seated. Note this is notably a smaller location. The lighting in here is very low for a more intimate lounge feel. They update their menu with unique drink and food selections every season. I always order a Jinya bun which is typically more bun than pork belly but the best appetizer choice. This time I ordered the Matcha Martini which I loved!! For my entree I ordered the Tonkotsu Spicy ramen with extra corn and brussel sprouts. No notes! It's definitely my favorite ramen chain restaurant.

Date night was cute here, mood lighting, music but not too loud we could easily hold a conversation. Drinks are decently priced and delicious, I got the pot stickers, absolutely recommend! MyHusband got the ramen and enjoyed it, too spicy for me though!

Food was yummy! I'm the type of person who wants hot soups on a scorching hot day! HahaThis definitely hit the spot. Ambiance was nice! I liked that they had a full bar. Server was friendly. I was there closer to the time they opened, so right before the lunch rush. Not bad at all. The small tacos were extra crispy! Love the touch of cilantro. The ramen broth was rich in flavor. I added bamboo shoots to my ramen and they were drenched in chili oil!! That was a major plus and delish! The only thing that was too much for my liking was there was too much green onion. In the end when all the noodles were gone I couldn't finish the broth because the taste was too much.But overall great taste. I will just ask for less green onions I will be back! :)

We got the spicy miso ramen, one of the vegan ramens which I can't remember the name of, and the seaweed salad. The noodles were clumped together, almost as if they came out of a bag pre-cooked and weren't separated properly. The seaweed salad portion was tiny for the price, and was fluffed up with arugula to make it seem larger. Also, the ambience inside wasn't to my preference. The music was way too loud and too dimly lit inside.
