Service was great, thanks so our waitress Alexa. Broth was good, but they could have added more noodles instead of toppings like the seaweed. Pretty good ramen overall, and experience as well.

I just moved to phoenix from ATL. I've been to a few Jinya locations in ATL but by far Thomas is one of my favorite servers. I went to the bathroom in the middle of my meal and this man covered my ramen with a napkin so the fly wouldn't get in it. chivalry ain't dead!!!

Ever since Jinya Ramen Bar has opened in my neighborhood I have been a regular. It is a really wonderful addition to an already great lineup up restaurants. In addition to the food being great - I have enjoyed everything I've ever tried - the service is first rate. I typically come in after work and am always taken care of by Alexa. She is super friendly and always greets you with a warm smile. Not only does she remember my favorites to order she is always ready with a recommendation should there be something new she thinks I'll like. In my opinion, service like that is just as important as the food. Favorites - Crispy Chicken, Spicy Tuna Tacos and Spicy Chicken Ramen with a Seasoned Egg

Bad service from get go. My wife walked in and Asked for a table the hostess looked lost as if her job wasn't to sit people. We pointed to a table that seated 4 and a small table next to it that could seat 2 more. We asked for a high chair and the hostess again seemed confused. One of my party went to bathroom as she came out she over heard the hostess and another worker talking about us. At that point we all sat down and the hostess walks up saying was just playing a prank on her. We asked the server if she was gonna write anything down she told us she was a server for along time then I Had to ask for items multiple times and she for got items on my orders. And at the end as we were leaving one of the workers accused one of my party members of smoking when no one smokes. By the way the food was good so it wasn't the food it was the poor service. I eat her often and it's sad cause I used to really like this place and my meal was not cheap for ramen so to be treated like this is very disappointing I hopeYour gm sees this and sees service is just as important as the food being good cause the food wasn't the issue.

Jinya is a tough one for me. I've eaten at locations in other cities that are a 5/5 stars every time. This one in Phoenix lacks in the service department. The food is good but you have to eat it there. If you take it home you're screwed. Try and stay away from the regular chicken because it's very rubbery & bland. I understand that finding a hostesses who isn't useless in the Gen Z era is next to impossible but these ladies are super unfriendly.

Great ramen spot in Phoenix! We sat at the bar as it was a busy night and had a great time overall. The noodles were satisfying, the meat tender, and the broth was flavorful! There were plenty of toppings so the meal was filling and delicious. It was slightly dim and not too loud inside, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy!

This Ramen Bar on Central just N. of Camelback, I was so pleased that it's well above what the usual is around PHX. You get what you pay for. I don't mind paying for this tier of quality. Alexa greets you upon arrival. She is so accommodating and has answered each of my questions. I'm in love.

Love JINYA! It was a great place for myself my toddler and my Vegan friend. Let's start with the Vegan menu, as a non Vegan it was Fire!!! That was also the word used by my friend. You can't go wrong with their Ramen or Impossible Tacos. We didn't try the other items but these two were huge wins. Loved the non vegan menu as well, Ramen, crispy chicken was amazing! The service and staff were great and attentive. They have an outside patio so if the sun isn't too hot it's a great place to dine.

Really good ramen! One of the best I've had here in phoenix. I originally went to the one in Gilbert, but this one is much closer to me. Definitely worth a try for ramen lovers out there! I just wish the egg was more of a soft boiled egg. It was a bit over cooked for a ramen egg.

Michael at the bar was super helpful in explaining the menu. I ordered the chicken ramen. Sooooo delicious and plently left over for a 2nd meal. The brick and and wood decor is moder, cool and relaxed; not to mention the music upbeat vibes!
