After moving out to the Metrowest area after living in Quincy and Boston, I've been on the hunt for a solid Asian restaurant.Jindu opened shortly after and I immediately added this to my list as one of my regular restaurants. The restaurant is clean and modern and the servers are quick and efficient. As far as the food, there's something for everyone. The menu has some of the standard American-Chinese fare as well as some more traditional Asian dishes. My favorite thing at Jindu though is the sushi, specifically the omakase. For under $100, it's some of the most reasonably priced omakase you can get around MA. Usually the tray comes with 8-10 pieces of sushi. If you're lucky, the sushi chef may come over and present the different pieces to your party.FOOD: 9/10SERVICE: 9/10RECOMMENDATION: If you're a sushi fiend or venturing into the sushi world, try out the omakase.

Hostess' were kind and welcoming. Attentive service. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Orderly, clean and run like a tight ship. Many restaurants should take notes.

Finally went to Jindu today for a late lunch. It was phenomenal!Mai Tai - strong with nice flavor. 8.5/10Spicy Edamame was excellent! 10/10PFR was great with nice chunks of pork. It would have been a 10 if it had bean sprouts instead of peas.Chilean Sea Bass was something I'd order every day, if not for the crazy price. At $30 it would have been 11, but gotta knock it down to an 8.5 only on price alone. If it were a bigger portion, the top score would have been given.Crispy Beef with Sesame was delicious and very crispy. The beef was very tender. 10/10Scorpion Bowl for 2 was excellent! Anna, our server sparked up the 151. The service was incredible. Our server, Anna, was super attentive and friendly! Bonus points for spooning rice into the chili oil at the end of the meal. The decor is very inviting and intimate. Nice jazz piano music was being played at a perfect level. We will be going back many times for sure!

Stopped in for an early lunch - we were the only guests - on a Tuesday at noon. Huge beautiful space with tons of parking. Big bar and expansive dining room with sushi bar seating as well.Staff were great and service was excellent...sorta expected when it's just us. Even changed the bar tv channel for us. My hot and sour soup was just ok, but my Boston roll was excellent. My wife loved her chicken & eggplant. Expensive but that seems to be everywhere in Sudbury.

Don't let the lack of cars and lack of visible interior lighting fool you. Jindu is open and very popular.Jindu opened in the summer of 2022 in nearby (to us) Wayland. We drive by it often and we love sushi. But we didn't try it until last night. Why? It always looks like the lights are out and no one is there. That's not a good sign when choosing a restaurant. Now we know why. The windows must be well tinted making it look like there are no lights on from the outside. And, no parking is permitted along the side of building. Parking is in the rear and out of sight when driving by. We're glad we tried it. The staff is super friendly and helpful from the hostess stand to the waitstaff to the bartenders and the sushi chefs. And the sushi is here is great.I have a tough time trying new sushi places because I have followed the same sushi chef to whatever restaurant he worked in for over 20 years (he owns his own sushi restaurants these days). I'm very loyal to him and make a point of visiting one of his restaurants whenever I'm craving sushi. But his restaurants are not that close to where I live these days so I'm looking to find something I like almost has much closer to where I live.I think I finally found it!P.S. This is an Asian Fusion place. We were there for the sushi but they offer much more than that.

Phenomenal Asian restaurant with many options for anyone and a strong variety. My family loves the Beijing dumplings, I like the sushi a lot. A Personal favorite is the Shanghai Pan Fried Noodles.

Went here for a date and got the Sushi boat and it was great, if a bit pricey at a $100 ( but what do you expect in the boston area). The raw fish and seaweed salad were as fresh as you'd expect for the premium price. The place is well maintained and tables nicely decorated. Only thing bad was dead and live flies in the window and spider webs, if they cleaned that up, I'd give it five stars. Our cocktails were well made. Lots of families visiting here despite the high prices, (probably just a consequence of the expensive real estate in this area)

Finally tried Jindu. How long has it been open?Nice selection of Chinese and Japanese. The sushi eaters at the table were impressed. We had 1 gluten free girl and she had lots of options to eat. We had appetizers, mains and dessert and everything was really really good. Will definitely be back.

Food is good. Prices are outrageous!! 20 dollars for fried rice is a bit much!! I guess you can get away with overcharging in Sudbury. Good luck!!
