My grandma was visiting Arizona and requested a restaurant that she doesn't have in North Carolina. My husband and I found Jin Shabu on Yelp and it was highly recommended. We were seated right away and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get us set up and off to our devices within minutes. Each table has a hot pot that can be 1 or 2 broths. The cold table in the middle of the restaurant has every vegetable & side dish imaginable. It's an all-you-can-eat set up so the only stipulation would be to eat everything and leave no leftovers. Overall, we had a great time and it was delicious!

I like the condiment bar. The wait can be quite long since this is a popular place. There are lots of hot pot places opening up these days. Perhaps this may make the wait less due to people going to other places. At a hot pot place you cook your own food in boiling broth at your table. They have a few different options on the menu for your broth. You can't change it once selected at the beginning of the meal. You get your own veggies at a station in the center of the restaurant. They bring you thinly cut meats from the back. A lot of it is fatty but it makes the food taste so good and soft. I like that I can mix my own dipping sauces from a station in the center of the restaurant. This adds more flavor to the meal. Otherwise I think it is bland. The staff is patient and fairly quick. It can sometimes be really loud when the restaurant is full of people.

Pretty solid shabu shabu/hot pot spot! It's AYCE -- we always select the premium meat choice with the sukiyaki and Jin original soup base! I love mixing the peanut sauce with sesame oil and some cilantro and green onions! We have slim pickings for hot pot/ shabu places, so while Jin certainly isn't the best, it satisfies the craving for when we're too lazy to make hot pot at home. Jin tastes way better than PK Shabu and Tasty Pot. Service is always prompt and friendly. Meats come to you in what feels like less than 3-5 minutes. Veggies, noodles, sauce, rice, dumplings, and fish/meatballs are self-serve. We've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a table. Ambiance is clean, casual, and open. My biggest gripe is their price increase! They've increased their dinner prices nearly $5 in less than a year!

Our brother was visiting from out of town so we had family dinner here the night before he left. It was an excellent experience. Besides the stove kind of slow at boiling the broth which made me dad unhappy the food was good. There were plenty of food to choose from the buffet line and the waiter came check on us regularly

This Shabu place offers an all you can eat option which we chose. It was a little pricier at $36.99 a person for pretty similar meats choices compared to other places. One huge draw is their add in bar which is self serve and you can take as many trips as you like. Some family favorites were the pineapple and the corn. I like that they have curtains it makes it feel very cozy and nice. The staff were friendly and checked in on us the right amount. We could only choose two broths so we got the tonkatsu and spicy katsuobushi. Both were pretty good. They give you a lot of meat and water is free. Unfortunately we weren't given the Pat Bingsu so I can't say if it was good or not.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HOT POT RESTAURANT IN AZ!!!I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got myself to drive down to Chandler which was totally worth it! The service was amazing and was greeted and sat right away. We ordered the deluxe set and I love how there is an open buffet type area to grab all you can eat veggies, noodles, seafood and other assorted proteins you can add to your hot pot. Not to mention the sauce station which has a variety of sauces and ingredients to make your own favorite dipping sauces. The broths are also super delicious and had tons of flavor. There is also great music playing in the restaurant and table has there own private little section so you can enjoy with your friends. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be back!! P.s - don't make the mistake of over ordering meat and not finishing as there is a additional charge for uneaten meat but only 5$ extra for the whole bill

Our wait was not decently long after hitting up leelees to pass time. Their soup base is really good because I kept going for it. We got the spicy broth and tonkotsu. I really liked the selection of meat, vegetables, seafood(!!?), noodles etc. The place was lively with everyone and I had so much fun eating and trying the other foods.

This is my first time eating here and honestly, I had a great experience with both the food and the service.I came in during lunch hour and had picked the option of premium lunch, which was $25.99 no including seafood. There is an island that had fresh vegetables and other toppings that you could grab as much as you'd like to add into the broth. The meat was nicely marble for the brisket and prime chuck eye.As for service, I had Dat as my server and he was really helpful when it came to picking two broths for my pot. Him and the other server was really attentive and checked up on me frequently to see if I needed any thing. Overall, the experience was great and will definitely come back another day and try out their dinner options.

Jin Shabu offers a top-notch all-you-can-eat hot pot experience, boasting a welcoming ambiance and attentive service, especially Nick. He was a wonderful server, making this experience truly welcoming. It was our first time there and he recommended the Sukiyaki broth and offered great suggestions on how to highlight the flavors of the broth. He was extremely quick with the service and was very attentive during me and my husband's time there. Their extensive selection of fresh ingredients, including premium meats and vegetables, paired with flavorful broth options, ensures a personalized and delicious dining experience. The restaurant's value for money is evident, making it a standout choice for both hot pot enthusiasts and newcomers alike, promising a memorable culinary journey that combines quality, variety, and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back again!
