Jim's Burgers and Eggs

My first visit and I was very impressed with the food, service, comfortable dining, and the variety of menu items. The employees were very friendly and attentive. I've been looking for establishments that serve Turkey burgers & it looks like I found it. I ordered the turkey burger with mushrooms and fries. The patty was no joke in size! They have a very comfortable dining area with cool pics. Their hours are flexible and serve breakfast ALL day!

The table was sticky. My waitress put the silverware directly onto the dirty table, no napkin barrier. Saw the same waitress open the door to the outside eating area with someone else's silverware. As she put my toast down on the table it slid off the plate. We stared at each other for a moment before she said she can't touch my toast. After I put the pieces back on the plate she asked if there was anything else, I asked if I could get new toast and she said she could do that. As though I was actually going to consider eating the toast that slid onto the dirty table. Definitely will not be back.The food was okay.

Ate here with family tonight. Basically it's your classic diner foods with a few twist! I had the patty melt which traditionally has grilled onions on it and Swiss cheese. This just had cheese and a burger patty on rye. I requested it with onions and a side of Thousand Island dressing. My preference. I decided to try the onion rings. They were missing flavor. The breading was dense and needed salt or something to give them life. Service was really good, food was hot and we did not wait long. Overall it was clean inside and I might consider going back. It was just okay.

What a great find! Amazing pastrami sandwich, made perfectly! Burger and fries were delicious. The zucchini looks amazing but I did not order it this trip. There were numerous orders of zucchini coming out of the kitchen. We'll be back!

Love this place. Has the best fries and zucchini!!! The burgers are pretty good too. Reminds me of those burgers in Cali - good stuff

Horrible experience the owner is rude and person taking the orders is more concerned about other things than who's actually ordering. I wouldn't recommend this place at all based on service alone. Take your money else where, if Jim is the old man I think a retirement home fits him best instead of yelling at customers he can yell at his hospice nurses.

I have never witnessed a manager speak to staff so negatively... i can't believe anyone would stay working for this person! My family and I will not be returning.

If you are looking for a good, even a decent breakfast this is NOT the place. Terrible taste I feel like the eggs were liquid egg substitute, the steak not even tolerable to chew more than twice. Please look in another direction for breakfast, or burgers.

Cashier constantly has a bad attitude. I've tried ordering my food very clear and concise, and they always fight me about making a simple order. My orders were wrong, and I returned the food to the front, and the lady claimed that the orders were not wrong. She then said she needed the food to fix the orders. Gave them to the cooks and burned off anything that was not supposed to be on the food. Food was soggy and the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I've been here multiple times to give them their chances and the food and experience are just not there.I won't be going to this place again. I feel bad, because the younger servers seem to be nice and have that customer service. They apologized for the lady's behavior. I assured them it was not their fault. Why not put someone at the register who has good customer service instead of an old lady who hates her life? That's the first person you talk to when you walk in. Get better employees or at least people who want to be there.

We would always order the pastrami sandwich and fried mushrooms. well this time they were out of mushrooms "again," and the pastrami's were awful! the bread was not fresh, pastrami was not sliced thin, and they were dry.I guess Jims is shortening their hours of operation, looks like they are gearing up to sell or close down because it appears that they are not caring about their presentation of food and it is declining in taste. Sorry to see that, they used to be good, even if they did have a rude lady taking the orders, (Owners wife.)
