Freaky fast? Try freaky SLOW.17 minutes before I finally asked where my order was and it wasn't made yet. Others showed up for their online orders and were having the same experience. We literally popped by here because we were hungry and in a hurry. Should have just grabbed Panera or Starbucks next door.

I hate to do this, but something is wrong with the management here.I have reached out through corporate and obviously nothing is changing. While the staff is nice and they do their job well, I have noticed several times that they have completely shut down and locked the doors well before closing time. A week or two ago the lights were off two hours before closing so I'm not sure if they were even open that day. Another time I saw the staff sitting outside at a table chatting after they had closed up shop 20 minutes early at minimum. And you have to think about it this way, if you are closed ~20 minutes early, that means you started closing the restaurant well before that because you have to put away product, count the till, clean up, etc.There is no point in having posted hours if you are not going to honor them. And if you're anything like me, it is incredibly frustrating to set out somewhere for a specific meal and then see the place is closed when you get there.I hope this reaches the owner and you get your manager/s in line. Don't ruin your franchise.

Yum!! I love their #7 spicy east coast Italian! I always order it with a side of kickin ranch. I ordered through their app and my sandwiches were ready to go when I walked in 5-10mins later. As they say... freaky fast! I've always had delicious sandwiches and never have had to wait. I definitely suggest using their app to order + earn points!

5 stars for the employees here trucking through the icy weather. The sand which is pretty good too.

Don't order from here. Constantly running out of ingredients like bacon and onions, and won't discount a sandwich when the problem arises. I have made five orders in the last month, and four of them had issues. Today was the fourth and final issue that I will ever experience with this sad sandwich shop!On top of the terrible service and seriously so-so food, Big John the owner of the corporation is a Big Game Hunter. That's right, the kind who goes on safari to hunt animals solely as trophies. Do you want to support that? Yeah, me neither.

Jimmy is always consistently good. They have fresh ingredients and love their bread. I like how they have added wraps to their menu as well. The Woodinville location is quick and the staff is really friendly.

Just went in because I used to love this place. Had one employee working who is just doing dishes in a bad mood. kept looking at me as I'm standing there waiting to order then kept going back to the dishes. Eventually I had enough and just walked out because poor service like that doesn't deserve the money. Sad to see it fall off so bad. Potbelly it is.

Ordered pick up but they never told us when it was ready. Also got the ingredients wrong and forgot the sauce

Ordered my sandwich on the app and it took about 8 minutes to drive there, when I got there it was ready. The workers were very nice.
