Food was okay but the service was a bit...awkward. No hello or anything, just told them my order and left. Place was not crowded but the two workers there were not at least social or anything. Not sure if I'll come back - lacked customer service quality.

The energy level was pretty low the day o went in, but they were courteous.I tried out the newest sandwich, some roast beef crunch sandwich - not my favorite at all. Too much sauce and contrasting flavors. I'd go back for maybe a Turkey Tom.The got everything right just not exciting. I did love their music selection though - 70's rock.

Worst sandwich I ever had from this location. Normally their sandwiches are great. I asked to be sure they put oil and vinegar. Got home not only was there hardly any oil and vinegar in the sandwich I couldn't even see that they put mayonnaise. I would prefer to pay a little more for a good sandwich then they cut back and you get a shitty sandwich!

I fell in love with Jimmy John's in Austin as a hungry undergraduate student and the craving for a freaky fast sandwich still strikes occasionally. Their sandwiches are very fresh and absolutely delicious. However, service could do with some improvement. I ordered two large JJ platters last year for an event but they were prepared incorrectly. I specifically asked for no mayo on any of the sandwiches... every single sandwich was slathered in it. I sent corporate an email and was promised a "do over" tray by this location but it was never fulfilled. Definitely disappointed. Will return for sammies but probably not for large scale orders.

Service is the most unfriendly and unprofessional you will receive. Did not listen to my order and then proceeded to act like it was my issue when I insisted it be corrected.

Jimmy John's Sugar Land town center has exceeded my expectations with great quick service and fresh variety sandwiches every time! Michael and Sean have been wonderful accommodating last minute catering requests and so helpful with suggestions when needed.

This store is one of my favorites! The staff is always nice and very patient with my ordering style!! The food is always yummy!!!

Hi went few days ago! It was my first time going after years to this location. I was confused how to order and what .... the Indian/Pakistani guy was very kind and helpful and patient while i decided . I ordered for my daughter and i and he made sure no jalapeños were on her side of the sandwich. I really appreciate his customer service. At time high schoolers were working here and just so lost or it's Thier first job i don't blame them. But i didn't come across that here this time. Sandwich was really good too! Hope that helps u decide to go or not :)

I had my daughter pick me up a spicy Italian with extra tomatoe, she said she had to wait 20 minutes she came home the sandwich had 1 piece of Turkey only lettuce and cheese.I drove back to the store requested to talk to the manager, she barely even noticed they made a mistake and said oh well we were real busy, you want us to remake the sandwich or we can refund your money but I can't do both.I told her please refund the money and I said I'm off to Jersey Mike's I'm not coming here again.Pretty poorly run sandwich shop!!!Jerseys Mike's is way more superior
