The poor guy today, was all by himself. During my 15 minutes there I saw 3 people leave. To the owners, think about the math, the average order is $15 bucks, 3 x 15= $45 min. Min. wage for 15 min. is about $4. DO THE MATH PEOPLE. One bad experience also is shared WAY more than a good one. The only reason I stayed was because he took my order and money, so I was locked in. BTW- the sandwich was the worst I had ever had at Jimmy John's.... so messy. If I were the guy, I would have literally walked off the job. Unless that guy was the owner, then he asked for it.....

I ordered a turkey sandwich at the counter today. No other customers in the store. They charged my card, and I waited about 10 minutes. Thereafter, they informed me that they were out of turkey!!! They asked me to choose a different item. I asked for a refund, and they made me feel like I was a nuisance!?! Fingers crossed that my card gets refunded. Never again!!!

Why the flip is no Jimmy John's open after 5pm?! Your hours say open until 9pm. If that is not the case FIX IT!! There is nothing more frustrating than driving to a restaurant and the hours in app/online are wrong.

Friday I came in for lunch during my lunch break. I often eat at this Jimmy Johns as I work about a 3 minute walk away.Friday around 12:50 I walked in and the first thing I saw was the man at the register waving his arms up in the air and shaking his head back and fourth. This guy was about 5'10 with grey hair.He looked angry at me, even though I had just walked in. I walked up to the register and he said and I quote "God every time I turn around another one of you customers walk in. I've got to get home to my daughters babysitter, and you show up. Anyways, what do you want".At that point I just turned around and walked over to Qdoba. Wasting the limited amount of time that I had on my lunch.You should NEVER say that kind of stuff to a customer. I will be honest, it doesn't matter what is going on in your personal life, you never EVER say that stuff. EVER. This is called professionalism, plain and simple. That is all there is too it. This guy was one of the most unprofessional inappropriate acting people I have had the dishonor of talking to.I am especially upset because I do like coming here for lunch sometimes, but if you have an employee that acts in such a reactional and emotional manner to their customer, then I must ask, are they the ones making my food? If a guy is so pissed off at me for showing up for lunch during lunch hour, then why should I eat here at all? Pretty much, I can't trust that I will be treated in a professional manner and I can't trust that this guy won't do something to my food.

Hi I came to the store around 1:30, and I ordered a number 7, and the person who took my order informed me that it's going to be 5 to 10 minutes as they are working on a catering order and they were rushing to complete that. I told her that I'm okay with waiting 5 to 10 minutes as I could clearly see they were tensed and the two employees that were working including her were rushing to complete that order. I actually patiently waited for 10 minutes and I saw a banner that said new cajun chicken wrap and I wanted to try that and add that to my order, so I went to the register and I called upon that person and she told me "Sir, how about this when I'm working on your order I'll call you if you want to add anything thank you", in the weirdest attitude. I simply asked her will it be more than 5 minutes since I've already waited for 10 minutes and then she gave me such a bad look and with similar attitude told me Sir, we are working on a catering order and we're already 20 minutes late. I told her I get that that you're working but all I'm asking is that will it be more than 5 minutes because if that's the case I can cancel my order. This this point I have been very polite but she again gave me that weird look and attitude and says "Sir, I am so sorry your order is taking so long", while I could clearly her rolling her eyes.. At this point I asked her to cancel cancel the order because this is not the way to deal with customers, after I've been patient and polite and I also asked you for the manager's number and name. She writes it down writes the name Tasha and I asked her what is your name and then smirks and says Tasha.Imagine a manager of the store itself being such rude to customers.I get we are all humans, but there is a way to deal with customers and giving attitude especially when the customer has been nothing but patient and polite is not the way to do this.I hope Jimmy Johns either hire more employees or give better trainings to existing ones.

besides all the understaffed stuff, this restaurant isn't even good at all. I preordered about 10 minutes beforehand, for ONE sandwich, and once I got there and asked for pickup, they said they would get started on it right away.. when there was only 2 orders pending, none of which had been started. not only this, but it smelled heavily of marijuanna and i had to stand in it for about 15 minutes waiting for my food in the smell.

Worst location. Do not go here. Not only are the workers rude but they do not care about the customers. Ordered online today. After 20 min wait, go in and see if my online order is ready. There is no one in the location minus workers and the young girl with red/pinkish hair tells me it's going to be at least 10-15 additional minutes until my one sandwich is ready. There was literally not another single customer in the store and 4 workers there. She told me I could wait in the car or void my order. Terrible service. Will never go back.
