If you look at the truck you some photo you see a lot of lettuce hanging out. There must have been three times as much lettuce on my truck you sub cause it was barely any turkey. The bread was good as usual. As for the potato salad. It looks like it was something that they made in the store from the advertisement. However, it tastes like any store brand potato salad to me and it barely gave you any. Very disappointed as it seems like their prices are going up and what you're getting for it is going down.

I don't like leaving bad reviews for places but do yourself a favor and pick a different location if you want a sandwich, or better yet go to Jersey Mike's (they are in the same parking lot). I think there were 2 slices of meat on my sandwich wrapped up in brown/pink lettuce. Not appealing at all and super disappointing.

So, I am a Jimmy John's fan but I am big on customer service. There was only one worker in the store. He was putting up chips. He never once acknowledged me. He kept putting up chips. So, I left. As soon as I get to the car turn around he is now behind the counter. Like when a customer comes in the door rings with a bell. I am no small person, I know he felt me. How hard was it to speak and say, Hello, I will be right there. I stopped going to a competitor because of bad service. Guess I don't need all that bread anyway

Customer service was great. Friendly service on top of great sandwiches. Always enjoy this sandwiches. Love the whole pickles. Not super sour...

This was the most grotesque experience I've had with a lettuce wrap. I'm shocked you would give someone a sandwich with decaying lettuce. I was on the go and couldn't return it but everyone else should avoid this place.

I usually like jimmy johns, but this location sucks ASS. Been working in the area since it opened and they have had a constant issue with keeping employees. Decided to drive through today and waited 10 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order (no one in the drive through line in front or behind me, only a single car parked in the parking lot I assume is the employees car) never took my order, had to drive elsewhere to get some lunch. Won't be back to this Jimmy johns again

Love Jimmy John's! They have many sandwiches to choose from. Their bread is amazing they make it fresh. Every day and if the bread is 4 hours old they throw it away and make fresh bread. They also sale Day old bread for like 49 cents a loaf. They are well known as being freaky fast. So you can pick any sandwich you can add things to the sandwich like extra meat, veggies, or sauces. Also you can choose if you want your sandwich in a lettuce wrap, wheat bread or french bread. If you choose french bread you can have it either 8 inch (original) or 16 inch (giant) bread. They also have slims which is no ingredients on the sandwich just meat & bread & cheese if it comes with it or if you add it. I love their chips they are kettle chips the original & barbecue chips are amazing! They also have cookies oatmeal & chocolate chip. My favorite is the #7 smoked ham club, it's double ham with cheese, tomatoes & lettuce. I like to add some cucumbers & oregano. The number #9 Italian night club & #12 beach club is the most popular. They do deliver but only a 5 mile radius. Also it's a great place to work for teens.Also I love their $1 sub day. Usually it's every year around summer time.

First of all the entire complex is full of junkies. And trying to get in and out of the parking lot is a disaster. But the real one star here comes down to the stench inside the restaurant. It was unbearable and I had to walk out and go home without a sandwich. I will never set foot anywhere near this location ever again.

Ordered online order. Online order wasn't ready upon arrival at scheduled time frame due to system issues. Gave order at store, still made incorrectly. Unsatisfactory experience all the way around.
