I came in to grab my mobile order that was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, I went to where the sandwiches come out and stood there until I was angrily told by the woman with brown hair to "get in line" (I see she's been complained about on here before). I explained that I was just there for my mobile order that was ready to go. She said (again angrily) that she was a little busy and yes, I needed to get in line and wait my turn. I said "so I'm supposed to wait in the long line of people reviewing the menu who haven't yet decided what to order even though my food is ready?" and the manager/owner (blonde woman) snarkily replied "uhh, yesss!!" I called the owner today to discuss, after previously being hung up on, and she asked me "why are you so entitled that you think you can come in and skip the line and that you are more important than the other customers?" Excuse me?? The whole point of a mobile order is to "skip the line" - their online advertisement even says "order ahead and skip the line at Jimmy John's" She defended her staff and stood by how they handled the situation. I'll take my money elsewhere!

Literally shocked at the lack of professionalism especially by this employee.Would answer a simple question and made me feel like I was not welcome. Been coming to Jimmy John's for years and have never received this kind of service. Hope ownership will take a look at their employees and have them reinforce friendliness and general hospitality.

The cashiers in this location are super polite and accommodating. It's clean and super fast, fresh and consistent. The owner keeps a close eye on the operations, which is very much appreciated. The only drawback was a super grumpy sandwich maker who kept glaring at me and my mother! Anyone is entitled to their own unhappiness!

I have never had such a terrible experience at a food service establishment, much less at Jimmy John's. The owner should not have a franchise location if she doesn't want to honor their corporate rewards program. They purposely didn't fill my online order, waiting for me to come pick up so she could come out and scold me for 10 min straight.Complaint has been sent to corporate (not that they'll do anything) and you 'lady' have lost our business forever.

HUGE disappointment with their customer service. I had a coupon code from T-Mobile for a free sandwich from the T-Mobile Tuesday giveaway promotions. Not surprising, both my husband and I have T-Mobile, and we both have a free sandwich code as a result. Hubby ordered his yesterday, using his code, and the process was fine. Today, I asked my husband to order mine for me since he already created an account to get his free sandwich the previous day using his own code. But the store manager would not let him get my free sandwich since it was ordered from same account. Because it was a unique code, the online ordering system accepted the order, and the order was validated. It wasn't until my husband arrived at Jimmy John's to pick up the sandwich, that the store manager then declined to provide it. I'm sorry but that's total B.S. If your system allows the code to go through, AND the customer is already standing in front of you to pick up, YOU SHOULD HONOR IT!! Because the coupon is now "used", I can't create my own account to get *my* free sandwich. It's a complete waste of time, and an extremely poor customer relationship. If Jimmy John is having this promotion with T-Mobile to drum up business, then do it properly!! You do NOT waste a customer's time by validating the transaction online and then declining it in person. That's just ridiculous!!YOU owe me a sandwich and gas money!

This is more for the owners- I am pretty disappointed to hear they are demanding a beautiful simple plywood Black Lives Matter mural be taken down from the Sur La Table doorway. It's not their door. It's not even permanent. They phoned the police on the community members painting it who had a permit. I can only imagine what it's like to work there.

The lady (she would not give her name) was extremely rude here. Claimed she's one of the owners. Then to top it off I woke 6 hours after eating my sandwich with an upset stomach. I have not had that experience from other Jimmy Johns locations. In fact, had a great sandwich earlier in the week from another location. This Kirkland location needs a change in management or should close so someone who actually wants to run a business here has an opportunity.

Here's what I'm gonna say... this is JIMMY JOHN'S!!!! Not a Michelin star restaurant!!! Of course I have standards and expectations, but they're different than the ones I have for a more fancy establishment. It's a similar thing with any fast food restaurant rating really, and I get it, but I also see the other side. I don't expect every meal from Jimmy John's to be otherworldly, incredible, decadent, and life changing. Sometimes, it's not as good, and other times, it's incredible. There are so many factors at play. I also don't expect to have world class customer service when I go to JJ's. I wouldn't stand for anything offensive, rude, or threatening, but I don't really care if the staff go above and beyond in customer service for me. I'm there to be in and out, you know? Take my sammie and go enjoy it at the park or on the couch.I used to go to JJ's all the time in college. Once I moved to Washington in 2020, the thought to go never really crossed my mind. Recently though, I've started visiting more often. Sandwiches are one of the best meals ever? Think about it. You have your balance of fats, carbs, and protein. They're so fun and customizable. You can't go wrong with a sandwich. The bread they use is amazing??? If you didn't know, you can buy their day old bread for 50 cents, which really is a good deal. My bf and I have done that before and we'll make sammies at home. I've never had a true issue with this JJ's location. I always get what I expect and it's always good. The sammies are satisfying and filling. The only other classic sandwich place I've had that I like as much as JJ's is Potbelly's (obviously I love Paseo, Bongos, and Honey Hole as well).

Would rate zero stars if I could. My bread was moldy and the staff was beyond rude about it. I asked for the manager and when she came forward said it "wasn't her problem" Will never be back. Skip this place and head to jersey mikes they always have good subs with great customer service.
