I tried order food for pick up yesterday (Saturday) at 6:30. Order went through. However within 3 minutes I was sent a text saying my order was canceled due to the fact they were out of food. How does a restaurant run out of food on a Saturday night at 6:30. Extremely disappointing. DO NOT VISIT!Update! I received an email two days later stating they were sorry and my next visit my meal would be free. So I let my son order something. Figured what the heck it's free. Yep, mistake! While they had his order they made it incorrectly. I did not and will not send a message. Figure what's the point. STILL DON'T VISIT!

Not understanding why there aren't any good sandwich spots. This place was alright. Sandwiches were $10 on a long soft roll.

Popped in during a weekday lunch and it was easy to order to-go. Jimmy John's aren't inventive sandwiches, but they're reliable for something fast and classic. I love how fresh their veggies are, and their bacon is soooo good. I swear these sandwiches keep getting smaller though

Sloppy work for an expensive sandwich. The young guys here are RUDE! They Only give free sandwiches to people who look like them. Yes, the workers nearby stop in and grab free food. We were told we could but only if you look like them! Disgusting!

I've always so grateful to have so many nice people that are at this jimmy Johns! The food is great, super fast and an easy meal.

Freaky slow. They warned me it would be a 10min wait, 25 mins later I'm getting my food, which was poorly made and obviously rushed. Something seems off. ~8 visible employees, but they are still unable to keep up with the online orders and walk-in requests. Why aren't they using the second sandwich prep station? This is the third time I've experienced a significant delay, which shouldn't happen at a fast casual establishment.

Serious attitude on the cashier today, you guys need to work on customer service here

Do you know what would happen if I suddenly decided to stop going into work? A business big enough that it could be listed on the NASDAQ goes belly up. Disappears! It ceases to exist without me. No, you clearly don't know who you're talking to, so let me clue you in. I am not in danger, Skyler. I am the danger! A guy opens his door and gets shot and you think that of me? No. I am the one who knocks!

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and waited 45 minutes (I live about 5 minutes away). Eventually I called the location and they said the delivery is out of their hands because they use DoorDash, and that I should contact DoorDash to find my order. There is no way to contact DoorDash without having an order in progress and it wasn't registered to me in the app. The location voided my order and refunded me and sent another of the same sandwich - which also never arrived. They claim they have no way to contact the delivery driver or customer service. So basically, if you are a DoorDash delivery driver, this would be a great way for you to get a free sandwich because no one will ever be able to figure out what happened.

It says on the door and online that they're open till 9. Got there at 8:17 and the doors were locked while the workers just watched. Terrible service.
