the service here was terrible. like disgustingly terrible. the guy ringing me up( Elijah) forgot half of my order and i asked for the receipt for my order and they wouldn't give it to me, instead they gave me a random dudes receipt to shut me up!

Standing here at a closed building on a Sunday at 1:40pm. Should be open, no indication of why

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst-run business I have ever come across. I'm a regular customer but despise this location. They never abide by their working hours or when they are open they are always out of bread or something else. I'm typing this as I'm standing in front of their CLOSED shop at 12:30 pm when they are supposed to be open until 3.

Closes at 5 on weekdays. Not 6 like it states here. Also not open on the weekends? 11:00-5:00 M-F That's 6 hours. So you really only want to cater to lunch orders? Super weird, never come across a sandwich shop that's closed before dinner even starts.

No longer freaky fast. More like freakin' slow as molasses. Zero sense of urgency even when I order online 15 minutes prior. There is one girl there though that is always very nice and smiles, so extra one star for her. The sandwiches are still phenomenal though.

Anything but fast. Waited 1 hour for delivery and found out that there were no drivers after calling to check on my order. I understand staffing challenges, but don't take ny order with a delivery up charge if you can't support it. Extra fun was the sandwich wasn't ready when I showed up to pick it up.

Ordered online for delivery at 5:15 and says their delivery closes at 6. Called me 5 minutes later and said they were closed. Never had Jimmy Johns and now I never will‍

It's Jimmy John's, you cant go wrong with their subs if bread, veggies, meats, and cheese is what you're craving. We stopped in here on a Tuesday midday, the place was empty! Shortly after our order was prepared, the parking lot filled and a line at the register formed.There's booth seating, table seating, and a long family style table. They accept Apple Pay, remember if you have the Apple Card to use your phone to pay to get more cash back. The background ambient noise level stayed around 73db. We came in hungry and left stuffed. Well done Jimmy John's and crew!

They literally had no bread! At lunchtime! Had a horrible experience a week ago and was giving them a second chance. I literally drove miles to get here. Will never be back needless to say. Parking situating is also horrible. There's not much of it and it's shared with other restaurants.

subs so fast you'll freak...ing forget to put lettuce on your sandwich... you'll only get what you want if you stand there and watch them. Always a bunch of kids with no work ethic.
