I overheard the staff making inappropriate racist, transphobic, and disrespectful comments. While not directed at anyone, they were vile and made it uncomfortable to be there. Also, the store didn't have bread which is essentially step one of running a sandwich shop. The Jalapeño Ranch Wrap was decent. Had I known what kind of place this was before I ordered, I'd have gone elsewhere.

First of all this store randomly remains closed when they feel like it.Second, was today's experience. I was in the Bellevue Downtown area, and figured I'd get something to eat. So I open the JJ's app, and it showed me that the nearby JJ is open and accepting orders. So I placed the order.It took the order, and charged my credit card as well. I got there, only to find that the store was closed. Yelp reports that they are closed Sat and Sun.Seriously, how does such a screw-up happen? How do you accept order on the app, and collect money when you're not even open? That's almost deceitful and illegal. Is this the fault of the store, or is JJ Corporate just plain incompetent and they've sort of given up? Since, I've noticed that even the Redmond Way branch randomly remains closed. Now I have to dispute these charges via my credit card company for today's headache. Thanks a bunch.It's like JJ's wants to deliberately be in a position to be able to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy with all this incompetence.

Employee at register took cash, made sandwiches, wrapped order, went into the back room and came back to make more sandwiches with the SAME GLOVES. SHE EVEN WIPPED HER NOSE AND THEN CONTINUED TO MAKE SANDWICHES. Please teach your employees proper hygiene working in customer service.

I will start off by saying that this review is specific to this location. I am a fan of Jimmy John's sandwiches overall and an a repeat customer, but this location is terrible. Absolutely awful in every way possible. 1) The location's hours are inconsistent: I've gone MULTIPLE times during their normal business hours where they have been closed or just about to close because they are "out of food" or "just got a large catering order" or " didn't make enough bread". 2) Their customer service is terrible and they are always short-staffed. 3) They are constantly running out of items. Just today they were out of bread 3 hours prior to closing. 4) They have cancelled my online order MULTIPLE times. Large catering orders and and even small order of 2-3 sandwiches, and for various reasons, including being CLOSED on a Saturday! Why did the site even let me place an order the night before? Will save time and just go to the Factoria location instead. I truly hope the owner of this store reads this review and implements some changes.

Great for a quick bite during the work day. As more companies are doing return to office. They will probably need to get more staff. As there was on 3 people working.

I tried a small turkey cob sandwich. Nothing bad about the sandwich, nothing great about it either. I felt the sandwich was good value for money. The place was busy but they were serving the order very quickly. The place is great for a quick takeout. I hardly waited for 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend dining in.

wrong orders, wrong pickup times, third time now. But food wise is aight not coming here no moe

Got 3 sandwiches from this location around 11 am for lunch, all three sandwiches the bread was so crusty on the outside from how much flour it was all cracked and raw in the middle. I dont know how each store makes or gets their bread individually but ive been having stomach issues and got sick from these sandwiches. Absolutely do not recommend this location, also forgot to mention their freaky fast service took 15 mins to make my 3 sandwiches with no other customers in the store.

The friendly service offered by this location is unparalleled. The food is always great. The store is also very clean. Great experience overall.

Place is ran by a bunch of lazy idiots. Had me standing there for 10-15 minutes just to order a sandwhich while they all just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Wasted my whole lunch break trynna get a sandwhich and had to leave without one. Place needs to hire better people and maybe pay more.
