I had such a fun time here! This place may not stand out but you should definitely stop by if you like Kurdish/ middle eastern food. Make sure you go to the back of the store to check out the bakery. I saw the real tandoor in person for the first time. Three ladies were working there in the heat making naan and bread. They had different kinds of bread and you will find something you like. I am a sucker for Turkish candies and they have almost everything I wanted! Selection is real great. It's not a huge store but I felt like this place is packed by a lot of good stuff from Middle East.

Good quick spot for Shwarma wraps at a decent price! The market is well stocked and has all the best brands of medflies eastern good that I like!

Under new ownership! First thing I noticed was how much cleaner the store was. Everything from the freshly baked bread, fresh dates and chicken shawarma sandwich was wonderful! I'm going back simply because it feels so much better to shop in a clean and tidy store.

The folks at the front desk need a serious customer service training. I will never go there again.

Many years ago(pre-COVID) I went to Sulav market and had one of the most amazing shawarma wraps I've ever eaten. To my knowledge, these are no longer being served. It's a good market with a friendly staff without the fresh food...but man, I wish they would sell those again.

I've been coming here for years and I can't believe I just now thought of giving them the praise they deserve on here. Their shawarma is my favorite sandwich in Nashville! You can choose chicken or beef, then they put it on their delicious homemade bread, put all the toppings and veggies and sauce you want, then press it and make it hot and crispy. Perfection. While you're waiting, you can browse the aisles for some groceries and yummy treats. Plus, the man who makes the sandwiches is my favorite person ever. Definitely check them out!

This place is great - and their shawarma is easily the best part. The market also has so many cooking ingredients much cheaper than anywhere else I've seen in Nashville, and I always find more here than I expected. The only reason I don't give Sulav 5 stars is because they stop serving shawarma at 5PM most evenings. I understand why they do this, but I also find myself really wanting shawarma for dinner some nights, but it's impossible to get there in time.

This is a small store off of Nolensville Pike which hosts a shwarma sandwich shop in-store. I struggled a bit with the organization, but I love that there is a fresh pita shop hidden inside the market. While I was hesitant to grab loaf of pita from the stacks and racks within the room, I was impressed by the quality and freshness of the loaves. I will definitely be stopping by in the future to purchase some.In terms of the other fare, there is a small selection of canned, bottled, and refrigerated goods in a tight space. I ended up only purchasing a mint yogurt drink and a round of dried figs. However, there are plenty of other snacks and refreshment options available, including guava drinks, other yogurt/cheese varieties, and baked goods. I suggest coming with a recipe in mind as there are several ingredients here you can buy in bulk, particularly specialty oils. I'm definitely going to order shwarma from the front next time, but I'm looking forward to fresh pita bread as well.
