Jet City Pizza

I stopped by after work to grab the family some pizza. I ordered the white chicken garlic pizza and cheesy bread sticks. I was greeted upon entry, and the front associate was very polite. I was quoted 25 minutes, but when I arrived 20 minutes later, it was ready. Both the pizza and bread sticks were absolutely delicious! I wish there were some stools inside to sit on while I waited or a system that would text you once your order is ready. Other than that, it was overall great!

Visited Jet City Pizza during the 4th of July for dinner after a long hike. This place fit our cravings and there were not that many people ordering.My husband and I got a 17" Chicken Bacon Ranch ($27.99) and a 12" White Spinach pizza ($20.99). Our friends got the Spicy Thai and the Chicken Bacon Ranch as well. The majority favors the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but for me i personally like the White Spinach pizza. The reason everyone loved the Chicken Bacon Ranch was because: the crust was crisp and had hints of garlic (all pizzas do but a reason to add why they liked it), there was a generous amount of bacon, chicken and tomatoes, and there were cheese layers atop the ingredients and below the ingredients. I personally loved the White Spinach Ranch because it was coated in feta cheese and the white garlic sauce reminded me a bit of asiago sauce (which i am a huge lover/nerd/geek over when it comes to pasta sauce).Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. Especially if you just got done with a hike and you are looking for a satisfactory reward.

Just tried this place on door dash. Giant hair in my salad. So gross, never again. Pizza is mediocre at best and dough was undercooked.

Im back!!! 4th time now and just love this place...i like Zeeks too but in Monroe, This is tops!! Did I mention that it reheats well too? Well it does...

I've been ordering from this place for about 3 months now, and they never disappoint. The pizza is incredible. The micro beer batr dough is great! Toppings are fresh and inventive. I never thought I'd enjoy ANY pizza with pineapple on it, let alone with coconut as well. (Weird, i know). Trying something new tonight! Can't wait!

I recently had an amazing experience with Jet City Pizza in Monroe, WA, that I just had to share. After a small hiccup with my order - it arrived missing some toppings - I called the store, and Nick answered. I was already a bit frustrated, but Nick's professionalism and eagerness to correct the mistake turned the entire situation around. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring that my order was corrected promptly and with such a positive attitude.It's not just the mistake that matters but how it's handled, and Nick's customer service was exceptional. It's refreshing to experience this level of care and attention. The pizza, once corrected, was absolutely delicious, making the whole experience even more satisfying.Thank you, Nick, and Jet City Pizza, for not only delivering great pizza but also for demonstrating what excellent customer service looks like. It's nice to see that some places still go above and beyond for their customers. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending you to others!

Well I hate to do this, but this place disappointed me recently. The toppings where bare and instead was replaced by cheese. As you can see the last photo with just the slice. I am sad, I understand costs etc. But I wanted to give an update of my review. As you can see my old pizza photos compared the the latest which is part of a whole, but as I sit here with my slice I decided to write this review so no one gets the wrong expectation. Pizza used to be amazing, but Monroe pizza and pints has this place now beat. Sad.

Ordered a veggie pizza, had very nice fresh ingredients, in abundance, and great pizza crust. Really exceptional pizza!

Ok pizza, very poor delivery. I've ordered well in advance (1-2 hours) and they take 40+ minutes past the expected delivery time. When you call, they say it's in the oven and can't explain how your ticket was passed over. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day with these donuts.

After being disappointed at another JC location that is much closer, I finally ventured out to the Monroe JC to give them a try. That was a few months ago, and 3 times now they have provided the wonderful flavor I fell in love with at the other location. I order the NW Garlic and add chicken and extra garlic on beer batter crust. Best crust ever, and the quality topping combo make this a winner. The staff at the store make the business a winner. I just ordered my fourth pizza from this place, driving there from Snohomish now, I can't wait! Thanks Guys, keep it up!
