Jet City Pizza Co

When we were remodeling the space for our Wedgwood Dance studio, The American Dance Institute Wedgwood, we visited our neighbor Jet City Pizza at least once per week, often twice a week, for one of their delicious pizzas or sandwiches. I'm telling you that their food is fantastic. The other thing that made a huge impression on me was the customer service. The owner, Sayed, is a very humble and gracious person who showed us such kindness and appreciation. I noticed how hard he works every day, especially during the pandemic when we met. Even under the strain that the pandemic created for us, he was ever the gentleman. I have such respect for him and his business. Well, it's pretty obvious by now that I highly recommend Jet City Pizza.BTW Parking can be pretty tight, especially during the dinner rush. Just be patient and please don't park in front of our dance studios. Parking turnover is very fast and there is lots of street parking on 25th.

Whew. Not good. Maybe the pizza is better but I tried the buffalo chicken bite thingies and they were pretty inedible :/

Great pizza! Far better (in my opinion) than Pagliacci and Zeke's (our earlier go to). Plus they're really nice people.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had in Seattle- Medium combo was $35 + tip delivered- Yowsa and was just plain dough, boring sauce, cheap toppings- Nice delivery driver but this place is just a hard no for me ever again. Just threw out the pizza the next morning.

I am VERY forgiving when it comes to restaurant mistakes. Fix it and life goes on. When I ordered a large pizza on Uber by mistake, I immediately cancelled and ordered the X-Large. They made just the large. No biggie, just correct the charge, right? I wasn't asking for a redelivery, just charge me the correct amount.I called the store and the employee that answered the phone listened and asked the manager to come handle the Uber issue. I heard him tell the employee to just hang up. Really?I called back and the manager said he thought it was an automated Uber call but then hung up on me. Really?I lodged the complaint with Uber and then called the store back. Not one apology. Not one piece of help. I was only told it wasn't there fault and I needed to deal with Uber.

Owner is very nice! Food was very good and served with care. Gave my wife free pizza too! 10/10 would recommend to people looking for a pizza place! Pizza was very delicious and I wanted more after finishing it.

Large pepperoni pizza was horribleCracker thin crust that is comparable to a microwaveable pizza. An almost thinner layer of cheese and sauce and a very light dash of pepperoni. This was my first time and will be my last.

We have been fans in the past but the quality seems to have dipped. Just got a large Mediterranean pizza and there's barely any toppings on it - this is basically just a cheese pizza, very disappointed

Personally, I love this place. I've been ordering from them consistently and Syed has been super helpful. The food is always great and they always come on time for delivery.

The owner was super responsive, informative and accommodating about catering and delivery to a park for my son's birthday party (on a Super Bowl Sunday). He was professional and thoughtful about considering his team's capacity and coordinating with me so that he could deliver hot and tasty pies right on time. We've returned to Wedgwood Jet City many times since for their service.
