No showed for a school event. Real professional. If showing up to do your job is too hard, maybe you should find a different business.

We had the food truck in our neighborhood again this week and I finally was able to try it. The burgers were good, solid, nice amount of meat and good patty and sauces. The only downer for me were the fries, I'm a total skinny fries fan, but they were pretty bad. They could have used a good 2-3min more and were white and not edible for me, I was also missing ketchup.

You ever see a commercial and the burgers look so juicy and delicious. But when you actually go to try and you get catfished with something that looks like it's from a middle school cafeteria?Well this ISNT one of those places. I went with the Miguel Chipotle Burger and it was BOMB.COM. The patty was huge! never seen a burger patty that thick and juicy from a food truck. it was packed full of flavor, fresh ingredients and you can tell that they love what they do. Jessica, not only the owner but the operator of the truck was very kind and had great customer service. Food was quick and cooked to perfection.Ill definitely be looking for them when they're around my area again!

The food truck was in our neighbourhood park today. The only thing unique was terrible customer service for below average food. I asked for a burger plain for the kids and they made it with cheese. Which is a no go for the kids. When I went back the lady insisted I said cheese. I had a friend there who I also ordered for who witnessed that I asked for the burgers plain. Our side of paying $13 per burger they also overcharged me on square. So much for customer service. Unique alright.

Below average burgers. We had last night at elementary school event. Neither kid finished their burger and they did not like the fries. I had the chicken burger.My expectations were wrong with the name "unique bite" and at $15 each, I expected my kids not to like something because of an unusual bread or preparation instead it was because the food was bland.

Excellent chicken burger. You won't be disappointed. Hire Jessica for your next party!

I didn't feel like cooking and was hungry, so I stopped to ask if they had a vegan burger. I asked if she made it, and she said she did & IHonestly don't think she made the party, but I'll let it pass as $14.70 for burger and fries is kinda good when I don't wanna cook. Extra lettuce and tomato and no Cheese or mayo. She didn't charge me extra for guac as I asked for instead of cheese. She wrapped it well and I ate with my own hot sauce. Food business being what it is with challenges, I was glad I supported a food truck that support vegans.

We love Jessica's Unique Bite burgers! She has come to our elementary school many times for school events and never, ever disappoints. The entire community loves her food. It's delicious, inclusive of many diets, and fair priced for such fantastic burgers! Plus, Jessica is SO nice. Ask her to come to your community so everyone can enjoy her amazing food!

Unique bites? More like basic bites. Extremely below average burgers. The name makes no sense, there is nothing "unique" about it. The owners are really friendly but the food is just not very good.
