I ordered a veggie #14 sub on the app when picking up my receipt on the bag was correct with my name, when I got home a 10/15 minute drive away the order was wrong, it was my sandwich condiment wise (mikes way with pickles and jalapeño + mayo/mustard) but it was a turkey and bacon sandwich. So they got the wrong order, I try to figure out the app and can't find where to report an issue, so I call thinking they could help me with the app where to report an issue, the phone call went like this - "there should be a way yeah", "okay well that doesn't help me""was it at this location?" "yes" "we need to see the sandwich sir, we need to see the sandwich" "I can take a picture? I'm trying to log the issue on the app so I don't have to drive back" "You can talk to my manager tomorrow but we need you to keep the sandwich and bring it in" Like what? Why would I wait to tomorrow to bring in a day old sandwich because you can't get it together on where the app has a report a problem feature located, so I just took it back immediately. I get there, and the guy looks at it "oh you got the wrong order" well duh. He offers to remake it OR to give me a coupon??? Like why would you not offer both I just drove back here. He tells me it's one or the other, like I didn't know I was filing an insurance claim but I just drove back here twice over a sandwich you got wrong that you also couldn't help verbally with the app, so after back and forth he calls his manager I guess and I also get the coupon but yet when I leave the coupon which says I can "add it to my app rewards" doesn't work.

Very disappointed with our sandwiches today. When I got to work to eat, I noticed our sandwiches had two different breads. I had a white bread on top and a wheat bread on bottom. To top it off, my lettuce is brown. For the prices we pay for our sandwich, we should have the right breads we requested and fresh lettuce. I tried to call to tell them how upset I was but of course no answer. So disappointing.

Long service. On top they gave our order to someone else. You can literally wait on the pick up line and pick up someone else's order. They do not check receipts and on top of that the manager didn't even apologize. Smh

The service is absolutely horrible there rushing to make orders and they even had me pay as I'm instructing how I want my sandwich made causing it to come out incorrect. For the price I should be getting the least which is a correct order. And the girl with the red hair at the register really needs to work on her tone and attitude. It's not my fault that it's busy with mobile orders.

This store never lets me down! The amazing customer service and delicious food has me consistently returning for a sub. During this particular visit, I was the first in line at the beginning of their afternoon rush. Being a previous food service worker, I had no problem waiting a few moments to be served. The employees were completing some downtime cleaning and prep when I came in, and I understand their willingness to stay busy and productive when they aren't busy tending to customers. As I was patiently waiting, a woman in all pink scrubs stormed in muttering to herself. She asked me if I had been helped yet, and I shook my head "no." I offered her my place in line since she could've possibly been on her break or on a time limit, but she refused and proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at the employees regarding the fact that there was a line."ARE YOU GUYS ACCEPTING NEW CUSTOMERS???"and muttered to herself, walked outside, and began taking pictures and demanding the district manager's phone number. She proceeded to interview every customer within her vicinity and actually convinced someone to take back the tip that they left in the tip jar (isn't that outrageous???)After the bratty scrub rat left, I proceeded to empathize with the employees. The wonderful staff deserves much more recognition for remaining calm and professional amongst the chaos the pink scrub brat was ensuing.I've served my time in the food industry, I know these bright & intelligent employees do not get paid enough to deal with these crazy customers. HUGE props to them for their hard work!!!

JERSEY MIKE'S at 756 Dennery Rd Ste 203 San Diego, CA 92154 is the worst in the history of all Jersey Mike's. This place never, ever, ever, NEVER EVER HAS WHITE BREAD. Today was the probably the 10th out of 11 times in the past the several years that I was told there was no white bread. WTF, no white bread at 3:30 pm! I try to come to this location (closest to home) earlier every time knowing there will be white bread but to no avail.The MANAGERS or BREAD PROCUREMENT FACILITATORS here should be banned from ever working anyplace that requires deductive reasoning. They have yet to realize that there is always an over abundance of wheat and rosemary bread and no white at 3pm everyday for the past several years(?) Or maybe they do recognize this conundrum but just don't give a sh#t. I HAVE A SOLUTION, MAKE MORE WHITE BREAD AND LESS WHEAT! WHAT A FREAKING NOVEL IDEA!!Before I leave without ordering anything I always ask how come there is never white bread. Is this the store they send all the surplus wheat bread to? Is the store over their weekly allotment of white bread? Are the employees eating or worst stealing all the white bread. Is this a cruel joke they play on me when I walk in, purposely triggering my PTSD?!?WTF JERSEY MIKE'S. NOBODY FU&KIN LIKES WHEAT BREAD OR ROSEMARY BREAD. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
