Jersey Mike's Subs

I like the sandwiches are made to order. And you can also grab a hot sandwich cooked just then. I love they make adjustments and they have gluten free bread as well.

I was so happy when this location got finished! Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite places to get a sub! It's so much better than Subway, to me. I'm not sure what it is but there's not a day of the week that a Jersey Mike's sub won't hit the spot. This location is located right off the toll, between the Whataburger and H‑E‑B. There's a lot being built in this area so a Jersey Mike's is a great addition. Every time I've been to this location, my experience has been great! Staff is attentive and greets me as soon as I walk in the door and my order is always made exactly the same no matter who is behind the counter. My go to is a Turkey and Provolone! Glad to have this location in the area. I'll be back!

I must be hungry because I am writing this. I have eaten here before and I always order the exact same meal.Usually they get it correct. Sometimes the put cheese in when I tell them not too. (Personal problems with too much cheese in my diet). But they always fix it. When that happens. Today my issue was they don't answer the phone so I went in. (I get it. Busy). I walk in a couple of minutes later. Guess what not busy. They also tell me they aren't allowed to add turkey to the sandwich I always order. Not allowed. Seriously! These kids working today on 7/27 don't care and don't want to work How can I not get the same meal I always get ? Is it a policy change ? I apologize if I like to add turkey to a chicken bacon sandwich . It's really yummy. So if this is the new way. I'm not returning. ;(.

If your sandwich slips out of your hand and falls to the floor, that's a Mike Drop.The service here is good over in Richmond. One of the things that I like about Jersey Mike's is that they are similarly priced to Subway these days - maybe slightly more - but the products are probably three or four times better.Still not my favourite sandwich is in the world, but like my friend Terry always says, if you want a sandwich from a chain for a good price, it doesn't get much better than this.I'm hoping he'll try Potbelly soon because I'm obsessed with them too, but these guys are great.

Slow time, after 1 pm Saturday. Obvious that there was new crew training as they seemed awfully unsure. The head "guy" jumped in twice to solve register issues. Poor guy probably being over worked. Crew unsure of details of how or what to build the sandwiches ordered. Had to point out ingredients that were missed, needed or required. The person ahead of me seemed resigned to accept what came. Had to also give specific direction on " Mikes way". Results are acceptable as I didn't want to be an A hole. Better OTJT before line work would have help here. My advice is to take a minute to watch their performance before you order. Maybe another place would be a better choice.

Improperly staffed, unable to handle business that comes in. Sandwiches take forever, they are made incorrectly and service is horrible. Going to a sub shop and asking for 20 sandwiches when no one is in the restaurant should not be overwhelming to any restaurant. It is for these people. You can find better food elsewhere, I encourage you to do so. Tables in restaurant are dirty too.

The sandwiches have been good before, but today there was paper folded up inside of it! I'm praying it was from the packaging of the meat or cheese. I had a portobello mushroom cheese steak. Nonetheless, the employees should know to look out for this kind of thing.

Went in week ago no lettuce. Come in today n got put on hold cuz online orders are crazy . Told me to wait 30 mins . No thanks!

Did an online order and had to return it because it was covered in oil so mush so that it was leaking out the bag they said it was because i order the veggie sandwich so of course the oils are going to slide off cheese. When they made the veggie sandwich again it had pieces of meat between the melted cheese. Terrible experience.

Fast service. Clean restaurant. I liked that they sliced the Turkey & provolone cheese when I ordered. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Overall a solid sammy.
