Not the first time. We online ordered two Turkey and Provolone regular subs, Mike's Way. My wife picked them up, and when we opened them up at home, discovered they were missing Mike's Way. What??? I called the store to let them know but no one answered the call. Our recent sandwiches have been so so, and now this. They need to do a better job training their staff. May be time to ditch Mike's for Subway.

We are so happy to have a Jersey Mike's so close! This is a brand new store that we've been anxiously awaiting. We placed our first online order here on 9/9 and they had it ready and waiting for pick up by the time we drove there (only about a 10-minute drive). They seem to be really on top of their game, especially for a brand new store. This is a great option and very convenient for us.

When I ordered it was very crowded and busy. The 2 employees were very efficient and calm, despite the number of orders. I greatly appreciated their professionalism, and I was impressed by their work ethic. The quality of the food was great! This was on 1/1/24.

I really want to give five stars because the food is so delicious, but I consistently have issues with my orders. Some examples - I order ham but get turkey. I don't order bacon, but I get bacon. Also, one time the sandwiches weren't labeled, and were going to different households, so had to pull them apart in the car to try to figure out which was which. Then the next time the sandwiches were labeled, but were labeled incorrectly. So people bit into sandwiches they didn't order, and they didn't want nor like them. Very frustrating because the people working there have been so nice and I love the food!

They gotta figure out their online ordering. Ordered and it said 30 minutes. Got there on time and stood there for 20 more minutes. If it's going to be 50 minutes then just say so. The sandwich was very good but they need to get their shit together.

Fast Friendly and delicious, great stop on the way home from Soccer. Beautifully clean store and premises. Looks like it just opened, but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Doing quick business, Jersey Mikes is quickly becoming on of my favorite sandwich stops. Great job Redmond Store!
