Jersey Mike's Subs

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's subs. This is by far the slowest one I've ever been in. We are the first people in line, ordered 4 x subs, it's been 15 mins and we're still waiting. They are totally understaffed and move really slowly. It's like the movie with the DMV sloths.We ended up being there for over 20 mins, the bread is burnt and I got the wrong sub! It's beef not chicken. I wasn't waiting for a new one.

Yesterday I had a craving for a good Philly Cheese steak. This was my second time trying Jersey Mike's in Redmond. Both times I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak - Regular. The first time I had it with cheese (Nasty American Cheese with no option to specify a different type of cheese). Yesterday I decided to order again with no cheese, but the sandwich was dry! At over $12.00, I felt the sub was small. I won't be going back to Jersey Mike's for a Cheese Steak and will look elsewhere.

Had my first Jersey Mike's visit, and I was impressed! I did not expect that the deli meat and cheese would be sliced-to-order. This of course adds to the waiting time, but the quality is worth the extra wait.-----Big Kahuna Cheese Steak: grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños & extra white American cheese ($9.99).The cheesesteak hot subs take a few minutes as the meat and vegetables are freshly grilled. I ordered a regular size and it was quite delicious and filling. The meat was juicy and the flavor was spot on; the melted cheese was satisfying too! You can also add the usual toppings without any additional cost if you let the staff know beforehand.-----The staff at this location were friendly and followed the health safety guidelines. Besides the take-out orders, only a couple of people were in line when I arrived on a weekday afternoon.

My first time to Jersey's Mikes. It was so good! I frequent subway and jimmy John's. The sandwich I had here was a lot better (the original Italian). The staff was very friendly and fast. I wish I lived closer to this store location. Five star rating all around.

I am currently on a Jersey Mike craze it is seriously so good. I absolutely think Jersey Mikes is the best chain sandwich shop. Their food tastes super high quality, their meat is fresh, and their bread is the best sandwich bread, it's so soft. The service here is super good and the workers are really reliable and kind. It does often get busy during lunch which could make the service longer, and they often get full of online orders. But this place always satisfies my cravings and is the perfect ease to my sub craving!! Also tip, they have double point's on Mondays for Jersey Mikes rewards. :)

Lots of chain sandwich shops out there to choose from serving subs and specialty offerings, but I'm thinking that Jersey Mike's might be a cut above. Menu standards are well thought out, the bread is good, and the staff at this location is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Surroundings are clean and bright, helping to make this my go to in the area.

Food is great as it always is at a JM, but this location doesn't have it together for pickup orders. Unlike the one I usually frequent across town, this one doesn't have the rack for pickup orders, and instead you're forced to flag down an employee for your food. There's also no room to form a line, so it becomes a bit of a mad rush to get your order and no way to really queue up. You spend so much time waiting to get their attention you might as well just get in line and order the usual way.

Honestly the food was pretty average, but the service was amazing and the place was spotless.

Great service !! Ogden really went above and beyond and helped me with an issue I had with my order. Great customer service is hard to come by these days so cherish the good employees when you have them!

i ordered doordash club supreme #9 with all the toppings including extra and only got meat and cheese. wtf. thankfully doordash gave me a refund but i will not be ordering from this location again.
