I think the staff may need additional training for food safety. I noticed onions being cut on the uncleaned meat slicer. The onions landed on the counter and were transferred with ungloved hands into a container. Also the servers were confused and didn't know what to do to until told to cash people out. Education is essential, food safety is paramount. The Health Department should pay them a visit. I got sick later from my sandwich. Diarrhea and stomach cramps at an event, ruined my night! Very expensive 33.50?! Waste of money!

Went in on a busy Friday at lunch on 8/11. All these guys were on their game. Efficient, quick and friendly service. I didn't feel like I was putting them out to do their jobs, which is kind of rare these days. Our sandwiches were tasty and prepared quickly. Very good service!!

They made a perfect sandwich! Friendly people, fast service, very clean store. Masks and gloves were worn. There are places to sit and eat outside too.

When you order for delivery...DON'T use this store. Newly opened and they don't know how to make a Jersey Mikes sandwich. You will see by pictures ordered 2 regular subs and one mini sub got 2 mini and one regular. This is the second time they have messed up chalked it up to new staff before...not anymore. If you want a great sub sandwich go to Jimmy John's in Sumner. Don't call them either... You can come in and we can remake it... Why in the hell would I want to do that when I ordered it.. """ HOW ABOUT GETTING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME '""""!!!!

I have to say, this would be a 5 star review were it not for the fact that my favorite sandwich (#8) tastes different at this location every time I get it. I have been getting it for years in California, and now, after moving to Washington, and it's tasted consistently the same...until this location opened up. At first I thought it was because of the new staff, but it's been several months and it's now a thing. Do I keep getting it, even though it doesn't taste like all other locations' #8?? Yes. Why? Because it still tastes good, regardless of this off-taste discrepancy.Despite this weird inconsistency, I wanted to give this store a shout out because I was stuck in traffic today (2 lane street with no arterial way to escape) for almost two hours and had ordered a pick up for 5:45 PM. I called them around 5:50 to let them know and they said there would be no problem. I finally arrived at 6:45 (the drive from work to this location would've normally taken me, at most, 45 mins) to pick up my food and the staff insisted on making me a fresh hot sandwich, while still giving me the other two I had ordered. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. They even offered me a drink while I waited! I'm very grateful...it's the little things.

Terrible service so slow makes me wanna kms I don't care if they are gluten free they need to hurry up I have things to do

My sandwiches were directly on the table without a wrapper around the cashier. They said the table was wiped, but I did not see them putting other orders like that. Other orders were on their wrappers.. I lost appetite and will not buy another one here...

Their customer service sucks!!! Very unprofessional, they don't treat customers or drivers with respect. & idk what they do in the back because half of them were just chillin there while they slaved the other workers.

They do curbside which helps a lot for us crippled. I went there often when I was in the area

I went in paid for food, walked out there was a pile of some type of sauce just sitting on the floor and I stepped in it without knowing. I went into my car to clean it off my shoe before stepping in the car, a worker name Andrew watched me clean my shoe. I put some napkins on the floor so I didn't make a mess in my car. He scream from his car that I better pick it up which I was going to do. When I finished cleaning my shoe and threw anyway some trash he yelled at me again to pick up the trash which I was doing. He ran up to me and I'm a very small person and he was way bigger than me, yelling at me calling me rude dirty names. At that point I felt threatened and left out of fear. My experience here was very negative and I've been buying their food since they opened up.
