Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered online. Requested no mayo and no cheese. While I appreciated the crispy bacon, this was a pretty big fail and money wasted.

As someone who calorie counts, I really love the fact that their website allows you customize sandwiches so you can see what each individual ingredient will add to the the total calorie count. Fun fact, the olive oil blend is 500 calories on a giant sub. As such, I was able to order a giant size Club Sub for just 950 calories (475 calories for two separate meals). I bought a cookie on a whim and the whole meal cost $21.76. The sandwich itself was good and the workers were very friendly and accommodating. There is not a lot of space to eat inside so not really good for groups.

I decided to give this location another shot! I have been scared because of the reviews lol, and my 1st experience at this location was terrible. I came in today and a young man came out to greet me! and the sandwich was made perfect! The young lady that made my sandwich was nice and friendly. I'm hoping this place turns around, only negative is there were 2 employees just chillen in the back on their phones. but that's younger workers these days! only reason for my 4 star review.

I waited a long time for JM to finally come to DV to always have children running the store. This is the 2nd time I've gone in & your children are STILL serving brown ass lettuce. Who wants to eat that? Not me for over $10 a sandwich!!!! One child said "I'll toss it for you" .... is he SPECIAL? You are going to toss brown lettuce and all of a sudden it won't be brown anymore? What will tossing it do? NOT A DAMN THING!!! GET SOME ADULTS IN THERE DAILY NOT MONTHLY!!!! I come here to damn much for this BS. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Good quality was good, but customer service was not. Not impressed with the employees who had air pods in and barley spoke with us while trying to make our sandwiches. Restaurant looked clean. Probably won't be back.

We ordered two subs to go, our subs tasted very good! our interactions with employees were not so good. The first person that took my order was pleasant and started making the subs, the next person that is supposed to be adding the toppings was not. When it was there a turn to add toppings, she just stared at me as I engaged and asked her what I would like on my sub, very awkward. Two out of the three employees had AirPods in their ears, seemed unprofessional, and can cause communication issues with customers in the future.

I was nearby and wanted to grab quick lunch at this new location. I went in, it was busy and only 3 workers I could see. May be they're having hiring difficulties due to the pandemic. Anyway, I ordered the #13 which is the Italian sub, regular for $9. I got it the Mike's way. I remembered I had free points for my birthday (sign up for their rewards app) so use it. Bam! Free lunch. Sandwich was pretty good. Can't complain. Only improvement is more staffing but again that may not be their fault.

Just got 2 sandwiches and live on the other side of freeway and I opened up my dinner and the bread was all full of grease and could not even hold the sandwich in my hands. The guys working are rude we'll the one cooking the meat was so rude. Paid 43.00 bucks for get nasty food. South BS

I've been hesitant on ordering Jersey Mike's online after I've been screwed over by chipotle so many times where they've shorted me on portions. And tonight, Jersey Mike's has proven to me that they actually care about their customers. It was perfect, the portions, the ingredient accuracy, the taste. Chipotle used to be my weekly go to but Jersey Mike's... you just took first place. Thank you for still caring about their customers. Chef's kiss

Today I had stopped there for a take out lunch. The staff was great and "Patrick" actually recognized and remembered me from coming in there over 4 months ago. The 3 different sandwiches were made excellent and even when I requested different tomatoes on one of the sandwiches, they changed them. The Customer Service was beyond Excellent! This is my "go to" Jersey Mike's Store #9070!! The store was also clean and taken care of nicely. I so recommend this place!
