Jersey Mike's Subs

I didn't even want to give 1 star, but Stay away from this place! They have the worst customer service. The general manager Charlotte was on vacation so I guess there was a young person saying that he was a manager. He obviously has no experience AT ALL. The rudest thing you can do is hang up on someone, and that's exactly what he did. He never even told me his name.

If you're Mike'd Up, then you're either in the entertainment business, or you're eating one of these "sarnies" as we say in England.They're pretty similar to the one in League City in terms of standards. It's a step above Subway but that's not saying much because thems was the worst sandwiches imaginable. I mean JM are not bad by any means - but when you had some of the sandwiches I've had and when you live in the city that makes Subs as well as Buffalo does then these don't cut it. No pun intended. For once.They get a bonus star for excellent service, though.

This location NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I have attempted to call several times within the last month, so it's not just a one day occurrence. Now I'm forced to order from DoorDash. When I got my food today, my cheesesteak was so greasy that my bread was soggy. This is not acceptable for a Jersey Mike's.

Sorry not sorry Staff is very friendly, they even joke with you The staff member gave me a nickname based off the hat I was wearing But creating the sandwich on the other hand Very very very poor I ordered a buffalo chicken cheese steak And was given a buffalo sauce swamp mixed with bread and chicken I took this to go because I was on my lunch break and took about 3 bites or so before I realized the wrapper was dripping with sauce On top of that the sauce was wayyyyy too salty I could of bared with the bad sauce But the fact that there was so much of it I couldn't and chunked it back in the bag and took a video when I arrived at my destination I most definitely would've taken it back if it wasn't for the jobsite that I had to get to $14 wasted and was still hungry First and last time ever going here

Great Subs and always good service at this location. There many options to choose from.

I eat here A LOT. I always order a Philly and a Favorite. I use the app all the time it's good for getting your points and your foods ready by the time you get there so there's no wait. This place gets pretty busy so I recommend using the app if you're like me, impatient. I sometimes order delivery but that's definitely not my preference. The bag isn't sealed as tightly as I would like, and sometimes the breads soggy. All in all they're my favorite sandwich spot on this side of town.

This location is excellent. The staff is super nice and welcoming. Never had an issue. Today they are super busy but handled everything like all stars! It's always clean and the veggies always look fresh.

I had the best service. The servicer ask me what could she prepare for me and I said tuna. She informed me that was a good choice. I must agree it was a great choice. Every thing I ordered was delicious.

Jersey Mike's always has fresh bread and lots of meat on their sandwiches. This is our go to place for sandwiches.

Every time I come in here the guy tells me he can only take cash. I am unable to buy a sandwich over 3 times now. I said you always tell me that every time I come. He said it would have to load and take a long time. I can't buy a sandwich multiple times. Just left on 10/20 at 6:15ish pm. I'm done with this establishment.
