Jersey Mike's Subs

Meat and I are very off and on. Right now we're on. I was craving a delicious deli sandwich on crusty bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard. I'm trying all the sandwich shoppes near me and it was Jersey Mike's time. I think it is my first time trying this chain and I was not disappointed. I ordered a club sandwich with ham, Turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato. They gave me a good serving of mayo too. I ordered a regular but could have gotten away with a mini. I did not want the bacon on it. I also grabbed a bag of salt & vinegar chips to put in my sandwich. The white bread is soft and a bit crunchy. It tastes good, delicious.I have dinner for two days. The sandwich is a little sloppy in a good way. Yum!

Ayanna and Karl are the absolute bessttt the most helpful and patient employees!!! If you need someone to pay your business you'll hire them. First time coming in and I'll not be the last!!!

Delicious sub every time! Their team members are incredibly kind and helpful. But what I'm most impressed with is how the team members all work together and have the cleanest restaurant!!

The Cooker of Philly on noon duty was quite rude. He missed my order, resulting in a significantly longer wait time compared to customers who ordered after me. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he acted as if I was at fault, which was both unfair and frustrating.

Went to redeem a BOGO and got way more than expected. Upon walking in Jamie, the manager greets us immediately and answers all the questions. To get the Philly instead of the Turkey provolone and she had no problem taking off the jalapeños from the big Kahuna. Just great customer service and I appreciate that. The sandwiches were so fresh. My only thing is that I'll get my bread toasted next time.

My oh my...I'm saddened that I have to write this review because I genuinely love Jersey Mikes quality of subs and normally experience pretty good customer service here but the CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY BY RAVEN WAS horrendous and this is the SECOND time I've had a bad interaction with her. The first time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days now I'm convinced it's just who she is. She is not someone who I'd like interacting with customers if I were the owner of this franchise or manager. She's very passive aggressive, unprofessional and did I mention rude? First thing that I'd like y'all to consider when visiting: If you're in a rush or on a time crunch due to a lunch break -- I'd like y'all to keep in mind that this location has been really slow getting customers orders and getting them in and out as of lately which is interesting because it wasn't like this last year.Now, on to what happened today: Today was the SECOND time that I've visited this location where I've experienced horrible customer service by this RUDE associate who told me her name was Raven. So, a customer infront of me was on the phone and waiting to get an order from her friend -- so she gave me permission to skip her but Raven didn't hear her because she was too busy talking and laughing with her fellow coworkers instead of being present with each customer.Well, I saw her about to skip and ask the customer behind the customer who was on the phone what he'd like because like I said she missed the lady telling me to get infant her and I'm also a bit shorter than the glass window you order through so I kindly told her "Hi, over here! I'd like a Club Sandwich" in which she raised her hand with an attitude and was like "YOU CAN GIVE ME A MINUTE!" And after that exchange, she proceeded to get the order instructions from the lady who was now behind me to the point where the lady told her AGAIN "I let her infront of me if you'd like to get her order" Well this of course annoyed her so she rolled her eyes & was like "Yeah, I got her" then she proceeded to charr/ dang near BURN my turkey and cheese when I asked her to put it on the grill to just warm it up, smacked her lips when I asked for condiments on the side and then at the end when I asked her for honey mustard, she squirted ONE squirt in the to-go container so I asked for a bit more and she smacked her lips again, squirted the honey mustard again aggressively and threw down the honey mustard bottle to the point where some spilled. She also was still doing everything with an attitude and passive aggressively to where she ripped the sandwich bag trying to put it in there. This was around 1:45pm-2:16pm today, Tuesday 5/30/23. I wish I took a video of the whole interaction or a picture of the spilled honey mustard on the counter and bottle laying on its side because of the way she threw it down but I did get a picture of my overly toasted turkey and provolone sandwich.Just in case she didn't give me the correct name because that's how spiteful of an energy she has -- she's a young short black girl with braids.

Best deli sandwiches of all and I've tried them all. I always get the #8 club "Mike's Way" (lettuce, tomato, onion, and juice) and it's the best sandwich I've had. My wife always gets the #7 (turkey and provolone) but she isn't a fan of the "juice" (balsamic vinegar and oil). I think it gives the sandwich another layer of flavor and softens the bread. Staff is always friendly and professional. I always leave feeling like the employees really seem to enjoy working there. Not so at most fast food places. Tables inside and outside but small. Quiet with most people getting food to go. I I use the app which gives points for future free sandwiches. I literally won't go anywhere else now. I hope the other Jersey Mike's have the same standards.

Karl and Ayanna were such great service! Best sandwiches I've ever had. Customer service was stellar, they had product knowledge and were able to inform me on some of the sandwiches not shown on the menu. I'll eat at whatever location they're at !!!

I rushed across town after a long day of work and wanted to get a sandwich! Today was the last day that my online buy one get one free deal was valid. I get here on time and the one white worker tells me when I come in the door that they are closing early for deep cleaning, not to mention it's already 5-6 white customers here! But the one black guy can't get served. This is horrible and this location has been going down since they hired new workers here!
