Jersey Mike's Subs

This place is great. I love this location because of its cleanliness. Number one and it's super friendly staff who always make my sandwich the way I ordered it, which I love. I have been to this location a few times for a few different sandwiches and they all have been made perfect so you can't ask for more then a cute smile and a friendly attitude and PROPER SERVICE!!!!! WOOO HOOO

Ordered a regular hot sub and asked for Mikes Way, Dan the manager said "are you sure". I've ordered this way several times, not sure why he asked me this. Then the two girls helping didn't know how to make a club nor did they want to cut my sandwich in half. They couldn't figure out how to charge my order. I was just at this location less than two weeks ago and had phenomenal service. Dan is rude and so are the employees. I won't ever return and I complained to cooperate. Oh and I almost had to beg for a receipt. I don't get it.

Of course Jersey Mike's has some of the most freshly made, delicious, stacked subs out there. But I don't know if they all have the same customer service as this one has. Every time I walk in they are so dang nice. They always have a smile on their face, and are eager to talk to you and server you. When I order ahead they are always right there ready to hand over your food. I love this location! Thank you for always filling my families bellies. Especially on those super busy days when we need something fresh and fast to grab and go!

My friend and I both got giant subs and a bag of chips. The employees here are either new or not too bright since they had to remake my order because they immediately started putting condiments on it that I didn't want. I had a club supreme which includes roast beef and bacon. I really like how their website has a way to customize your sandwiches while telling you how many calories each ingredient adds to your order. There's a bug with the mustard though. In any case, the meal itself was nothing too special and the roast beef was below average. It pretty much cost each of us $21 (includes tax) for our orders.

So happy these guys moved in! Much better than subway sandwiches. Always fresh ingredients and great customer service.

I wouldn't order a Philly cheese at this location unless you want a greasy sandwich straight to the trash.

Everyone was very nice and made my sandwich perfectly. Super good service. Workers all had a good attitude you don't see that anymore

I have been to 5 Jersey Mikes locations through out the greater Phoenix area. This location is by far the best and my favorite location so far. It is always very clean, well staffed and friendly. The staff always seem to be in good spirits, good morale, and that speaks volumes about management. I feel like my patronage is appreciated at this location, whereas I had not had that feeling from my other experiences.Whatever this team has going on over there, keep it up. This is my GO TO sandwich shop!

Very bad service from one of the employees (older gentleman). Every time I went, he's rude, doesn't like when I request a certain topping that's not included with the sandwich. Last time I went, he kept giving me dirty looks for no reason at all. If they act like that in front of customers, then god only knows how reckless they are with the food. I would not recommend this location just for that reason and never going back until he treats people who give him business better.
