Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered online using their app. The sandwiches were ready exactly when they said and they tasted amazing! This was our first time ordering from Mike's and we'll be adding it to the regular rotation. This would be a 5-star review except for one small nit. We ordered 4 sandwiches. When I arrived the place was empty and the three workers were hanging out in the back chatting. So it wasn't busy, at all. I get home and the 4 sandwiches are not marked or identifiable in any way. We had to open all the sandwiches and figure it out ourselves. We all had different types of cheese steaks so it was a little challenging. Is it too much to ask that you write the name of the sandwich on the wrapper when you have no other customers?

I frequent this location once a week. I always order online and pick up in side... Only a few hiccups over the last year or two...Usually pick up at lunch hour.Today, I wanted to use a text coupon that had to be redeemed in person...So I went in about 3:30...Ready to start my order - I noticed that the slicer had not looked like it had been cleaned in a long time...everything else on the counter was a mess...Not only did I not want to eat their food; but I probably will never go back...Yes I am burning that bridge...

Food is amazing no complaints there, but every time I go to this location the employees are ALWAYS super rude and snappy for no reason. I work in the industry so I get when people have bad days trust me, but it sucks feeling super uncomfortable every single time I get food here.

Ordered sandwiches the other day and had to say I was disappointed. Must have been a bad batch of bread, it was stale. Not the quality I have come to expect at Jersey Mike's.

I had doordashed tonight, and I had order a 16 mikes way NO TOMATOES Because I am severely allergic to tomatoes I receive the food and of course they didn't pay enough attention to the order. Because my sandwich had tomato in it. Good thing I checked before taking a bite. Very disappointed in this location

Placed an order online asked for NO oregano, husband came home and I opened my sandwich only to find it with lots of oregano.. safe to say I did not eat it. Called and let them know, girl was nice and put our name down for next time however if we choose to visit again I will make sure to order in store to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Love the Philly cheese steaks! This past time we got a giant to share since it was less and disappointed the meet was still pink but every other time they deliver great product so worth it! Staff says hello but don't look up, I get it, wouldn't want my finger sliced off either! Location is clean and relatively empty so open table has always been available for me.

This review isn't of Jersey Mikes as a whole. I love Jersey Mikes and will still go...but to other locations. This review is specific of this location. I arrived at 12:45pm. A few people dining in and 4 staff members behind the counter. No one greeted me. I got to the line to order (was just me in line). One lady was making what looks like four or more sandwiches. The other three were waiting on her. One person went to the back, the other two conversed with each other and sometimes the lady making sandwiches. Not one person looked at me/made eye contact. Not one person said "we will be right with you". Maybe I'm sensitive as I used to work quick service and know it's not hard to greet the guest. I get it, it was busy prior to my arrival. It was disappointing and I walked out after three minutes. Doesn't seem like a long time, but 3 minutes is an eternity to someone standing there without a greeting. So I went to subway instead

We came here today to pick up an order and noticed after getting home their chips were expired. I used to work at Jersey mikes for years and maybe have higher expectations for FIFO and checking for things like that, but makes me question the rest of their practices while handling food.

I love jersey mikes. And usually this location is great on weekday nights. I just was in there and I wish I got their names, but this young girl with long hair was so rude. Had an attitude the whole time. Even with another employee in front of a store full of ppl. She Wasn't friendly or helpful. Another girl who I assumed was a shift lead or something acted like she couldn't work or something. There was a few orders and a line of ppl and only 2/4 people helping? I spend a lot of money at this place and I don't care how young someone is, be nice. Probably won't go back to this location.
